It has a terrace with unobstructed views, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction stove, Senseo coffee maker, washing machine, refrigerator and a small freezer) a shower room, two bedrooms and a mezzanine. Free parking at the bottom of the residence.
