Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Séez

We had a wonderful week's vacation with my wife and 9-year-old son in Anne's home. Everything matches the listing and photos. The accommodation is very well located between 3 ski resorts (Manigod, La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand about twenty minutes away), Annecy is very close too so plenty of activities to do nearby. We'll be happy to go back, I highly recommend it.

Very nice house, spacious, clean and pleasant with views of the snow-capped peaks. An exterior conducive to rest in the sun. Beautiful area with beautiful walks, beautiful scenery. Communication with Sarah is very easy. Everything was perfect during our stay!

It is already second time we pass our skiing vacation at Frederike’s place and again we have greatly enjoyed it! You have everything you need to feel like at home and we absolutely recommend this chalet.

We only spent one night at Celine's and everything went very well! The accommodation is comfortable, clean, easy to access and in a beautiful setting! We really enjoyed staying around the lake which is right next door! It's beautiful!

This was a lovely chalet with the most incredible views. Lots of space and the bonus of toys for our 6/9 year old grand children. We found having a car great to drive them 7 minutes to ski school but there were ski buses. Shops within a 10 minute walk. For us the nursery slope with a drag lift 2 minutes walk at the end of the road for tobogganing/skiing was a massive bonus for late afternoon fun. What more can you say when your 9 year old grandson says it was the best holiday he had ever had a didn’t want to leave (neither did we).

Excellent week last. Suggestion to Geo and Jany to turn down the heating, we were not cold for sure. A little transient road in the morning to hire. Thank you for hosting Geo and Jany.

Accommodation on the ground floor of a house, very well equipped, in a soothing setting. The hosts are very friendly and available. We will come back without hesitation if the opportunity arises.

The apartment worked really well for us. Great location within easy walk of slopes and shops etc. We arrived quite late and Jerome was really helpful and provided all the info we needed to ensure easy access.

Had a great time, super Airbnb for staying a couple of days in Megève. Arrived late and was easy to find and acces. Really recommend especially with a fully ecquiped kitchen and a nice spa. Thank you for the stay.

Edo was an excellent communicator. He was incredibly friendly and he went out of his way to answer questions that we had regarding various issues unrelated to the apartment in an incredibly timely fashion. It was obvious that it was very important to him that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay at his cozy apartment. The apartment was very charming and the location was excellent, only a few minutes walk to the city center. I would highly recommend Edo's apartment, especially during ski season. We look forward to staying at his place again in the near future because we enjoyed our stay at his apartment so much. Thank you, Edo!

Beautiful location in the middle of the mountains that made the children happy with sledding as well as snowshoeing or ski touring. Beautiful views from sunrise to sunset. La Fouly station is very accessible thanks to a free shuttle service. A return ski on foot through the woods is also possible

Thanks a lot for this stay, where we stayed with our 2 children. The place is peaceful and charming. Everything is within walking distance . I would like to commend the extreme cleanliness of the premises. It was a pleasure.

Wow what a wonderful holiday. We had a fantastic time. The house was lovely with a great outdoor area and pool. It was very peaceful but not far from the town centre (5-10 min walk). There you could find a boulangerie, small supermarket and several restaurants. You could walk to the lake in about 10 - 15 mins. We did not bother hiring a car. Instead we hired bicycles for some of the holiday. We also did lots of walking. It was very hot but fortunately we had aircon in the house. I would definitely go there again. We previously stayed in Annecy but this was more relaxing. It took about 25 mins to cycle to Annecy and you can almost exclusively do this on cycle paths. The hosts were extremely helpful even though they were on holiday in Brasil as we had one small issue with the power that they managed to quickly resolve.

Benjamin's place was all we were looking for during kids' winter break: spacious enough for 2 families, great location and comfortable with all needed amenities. Location could not have been better: only 5 min drive to ski lifts & Megeve center, only 20 min walking distance to Megeve center with near-by shops for daily groceries. Benjamin was also very responsive and proactive, enabling us to have a very smooth check-in. We would definitely recommend and would like to come back again!

We had a wonderful Christmas vacation. Marianne was very thoughtful with a tree on when we arrived, the kids were thrilled! Everything was impeccable in the house which is very spacious. There were 7 of us including 3 children and two more small dogs and we didn't walk on them, everyone could have their own space. Close to the St François longchamp ski resort 30 min away, recommended by Marianne. Great for teaching kids skiing And finally the point that was most important for us was to find a house that accepts dogs ( and it's increasingly rare), again a big thank you to Marianne.

We had a great time with the family at Jean-Christophe's. We had very good communication, very good exchanges. The space was perfect. The environment is very quiet and very relaxing. The house is welcoming and family friendly. Jean-Christophe was very available, attentive and warm. Thanks for everything. The area is sublime, we'll be back!

The accommodation is great. The bedding is of quality. Many activities are offered in the accommodation for both adults and children. Perfect host interaction. We recommend it.

Beautiful home, clean, true to photos. The environment is quiet, nice view. Good bedding Good value for money. I did not have the opportunity to meet the host but he is very responsive, accommodating and friendly by message I highly recommend it.

We had a great time, the villa has stunning views of Lake Annecy. Amenities are as described in the listing, quiet neighborhood. Easy and very friendly communication with Laura and Lisa. We recommend this location!
