The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, 1 bedroom with a double bed, a south-facing balcony, a ski locker, and parking. Linens (sheets and towels) are included in the rental.

The house is located in a small hamlet in the village of Séez, 3 km from the Bourg St Maurice Les Arcs TGV station. On the route of the most beautiful passes in Europe, from the Col du Petit Saint Bernard via Italy's Aosta Valley, the Col de l'Iseran on the Grandes Alpes route, the Cormet de Roseland, the Mont Blanc tour, and many hikes. The apartment is close to the bus stop for access to La Rosiere via the chairlift Ecudets or you can take the bus to Bourg Saint Maurice for the funiculaire to Les Arcs. Well placed for a 'ski safari', ski touring or mountain walks. The apartment is below our main house and has its own entrance. It has one parking space and access to a garden shared with us.
