We had a great weekend at Olivier's. Available, welcoming, full of good tips on activities to do in the area. Car recommended, a few kilometers from St Gervais. Accommodation is nice, functional, as described. Breakfast is perfect and the view is splendid!

Everything was perfect, as described and in the photos. Clean accommodation and everything you need is available (linens, towels, coffee etc...). The trailer is well separated from the owners' accommodation, we enjoyed the jacuzzi and the garden in complete privacy. The place is very quiet and soothing, ideal for relaxing after a walk in Annecy.

We had a wonderful stay in this cottage. The place is extremely quiet and peaceful, ideal to recharge your batteries as a family. The jacuzzi was a real plus, offering unforgettable moments of relaxation. In addition, the cottage was impeccable upon arrival. We highly recommend this place to stay! And Stéphane is attentive to the need for great adaptability and kindness! We will come back without hesitation!

We had a lovely stay at Jean-François's, well hosted, and responsive to our requests. Located near the center of Annecy, it was an excellent weekend of discovery. We would highly recommend.

Valerie's place was a lovely getaway. It was pretty much as described. The views in the mountains are very pretty. Overall it's a nice stay. It would be nice if the hot tub had a curtain to pull or some more privacy, as the windows of Valerie's house directly overlook the hot tub. It just doesn't feel like you're alone in privacy as much as the listing makes it sound. It's still nice and the views are great, just would suggest to add a privacy curtain in between the trees there. Overall, I'd still recommend staying at the place for a getaway though.

What can I say...Chalet Grace was just what I was hoping for and more! Simply stunning views, beautiful apartment with everything you need, and super stylish. Hot tub was just fantastic! 👌 Giles was very helpful with any questions I had and responded quickly. Wouldn't hesitate to book again! ☺️

Very good stay at Roberta's, large garden for dogs with direct access to the lake. Cozy accommodation, it feels almost like home. Roberta is very friendly and very available as needed. The proximity to the center of Annecy is a big plus. I recommend it!

Great stay in a beautiful location . The photos don’t do it justice. It’s a huge chalet very close to the ski lift and the town centre . We never used the hire car . Would definitely stay again

We had a great time at Valérie's! The studio is super cozy and perfectly equipped for cooking. Valerie responds very quickly and is always attentive to our requests. The grounds are really superb; in summer, it is possible to sit higher up, where chairs and tables are arranged to admire Mont Blanc and the Aiguille de Varan. In addition, the Airbnb is located close to all the beautiful sights of Haute-Savoie and beautiful hiking trails. Thank you, Valerie, for this wonderful stay!

Catherine was always so helpful booked in 2020 and cancelled three years on the run because of Covid. Finally got there. Felt like we were pen pals !!Fantastic place for my partner and I and my daughter and son-in-law with three small grandsons and two friends. Great house everything we needed. Would highly recommend for families. My three small grandsons 7, 5 and 2 loved it too so ma many toys and a safe big child friendly garden . Wish we had stayed longer than one week. We stayed with Roberto and Gabriella for our first vacation in four, with two small girls (4 years and 7 months) and we had a very good time! Cozy, clean, warm house with typical furnishings, close to the center of Morgex and convenient for reaching Courmayeur, Aosta and La Thuile. Roberto is always available and friendly, easily reachable via chat, he gave us some much appreciated tips on some restaurants nearby. We'll consider coming back next year or in the summer! We had a lovely weekend at Marc's with a couple of friends and their 3-year-old child. The accommodation is well arranged, well equipped, including all essentials (soap, sponges, dishwasher tablets, shower gel, sheets, towels, etc.). The fireplace with wood supply was very nice for cool evenings! Very welcoming and accommodating host! We recommend Marc and his place!

Great check-in. Owner allowed for early check-in once the house was available. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a nice size. The yard was expansive for our children to play. The outdoor dining area was great - it was mostly shaded the entire day. We ate both lunch and dinner outside when we dined in. The bathrooms were a bit small but worked for us. The town of Annecy was busier than we thought it would be so that was a disappointment. We only went into town once. If we return, we may try to stay further away from Annecy. To get to the lake, we just walked through the back yard of another property of the owner. So, it takes a couple minutes to either walk to the lake or walk bikes to the path. Note: bikes are no longer provided for guests due to liability concerns. It took about 5 minutes to drive to the beach (Plage Municipale). There was sufficient onsite parking. We drove up the mountains on either side of the lake to hike, which was nice

Sophie is a very friendly host and she really helped me with the check in. Spotless place, very convenient location, especially if you ski in Les Arcs. Just a short walk to the funicular. Would 100% recommend.

Great stay in Les Praz. Super short walk to the Flegere lift. The apartment was as described. Fabien was super responsive and proactive and the perfect host. We enjoyed our stay there and would love to come back.

We only stayed one night, but it was perfect. Christelle was very responsive and our arrival despite the fact that it was late, it went perfectly.

My girlfriend and I stayed one night at karines place in august before driving onwards to the south . We had a wonderful stay: after welcoming us with something to drink and a piece of local cheese, she told us all about the festival of lac annecy which we were lucky to take part in, amazing fireworks! She also pointed us to the best spots only locals know about. And then of course there is karines home, which is beautiful. We had a room with big doors to a front porch terrace, a comfortable bed and wifi. We had our own bathroom and toilet. All in all a class A experience!

Very nice apartment with a lovely big living room and large windows. Well equipped, clean and tidy. A short walk to the Argentiere lifts, all important boulangerie and restaurants in the village. Justin was very helpful but not over the top. Recommended.
