Very well located at the foot of large ski resorts but also in an exceptional alpine setting, go explore the mountain from this pied-à-terre. The accommodation is 10 minutes from the Les Arcs funicular, 10 minutes from the Ecudets de la Rosière chairlift, 20 minutes from Sainte-Foy-Tarentaise and 30 minutes from Tignes/Val d'Isère. Also find local products in the village of Séez, a few minutes walk away.

A modern one bedroom apartment with sofa bed to rent ideally suited for 2/3 people or 2 adults and 2 children in Villard Dessus in Séez. The apartment is close to the bus stop for access to La Rosiere via the chairlift Ecudets or you can take the bus to Bourg Saint Maurice for the funiculaire to Les Arcs. Well placed for a 'ski safari', ski touring or mountain walks. The apartment is below our main house and has its own entrance. It has one parking space and access to a garden shared with us.

In winter, you will enjoy the hot tub and evenings by the fireplace. No car needed to reach the Rosière and Les Arcs ski area, the free shuttle stop is 50 meters away. In summer, with its 10 x 5 south-facing swimming pool, the chalet is a pleasant base for discovering the valley. Bakery, small supermarket, restaurants within walking distance.
