Numerous hiking trails accessible directly from the chalet. Direct access to the "La 8" enduro mountain bike trail that descends from Arc 1600 to Bourg-Saint-Maurice. 800 m of elevation!

A modern and spacious one bedroom apartment with sofa bed to rent for 2 to 4 people in Villard Dessus in Séez. The apartment is close to the bus stop for access to La Rosiere via the chairlift Ecudets or you can take the bus to Bourg Saint Maurice for the funiculaire to Les Arcs. Well placed for a 'ski safari', ski touring or mountain walks. The apartment is below our main house and has its own entrance. It has one parking space and access to a garden shared with us.
