The cat is a beautiful 170 m2 chalet renovated in 2021 to comfortably accommodate 10 people. It is conveniently located in a quiet area of Séez. In winter, you will enjoy the jacuzzi and the evenings by the fire. No car needed to reach the La Rosière and Les Arcs ski area, the free shuttle bus stop is 50 meters away. In summer, with its 10 x 5 south-facing swimming pool, the chalet is a pleasant base to discover the valley. Bakery, small supermarket, restaurants within walking distance.

A modern and spacious one bedroom apartment with sofa bed to rent for 2 to 4 people in Villard Dessus in Séez. The apartment is close to the bus stop for access to La Rosiere via the chairlift Ecudets or you can take the bus to Bourg Saint Maurice for the funiculaire to Les Arcs. Well placed for a 'ski safari', ski touring or mountain walks. The apartment is below our main house and has its own entrance. It has one parking space and access to a garden shared with us.
