Here you will find a nice bright studio apartment. The gable sides are glazed and each equipped with a balcony. In the middle of the apartment there are an additional 10 skylights that provide a pleasant living environment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin with rain shower, sink with mirror and toilet. A bed 140/200 and a sofa bed are available for sleeping. The bed is visually separated from the rest of the room by a thread curtain. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could ever need. The cooking and dining area is immediately adjacent to the cozy TV corner and also the reading corner.

Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Our flat has a seperate entrance, is furnished quite new und Garden area can be alsobused incl some possibilities für children to play. Our apartment is decorated with reclaimed wood, stone, and high-quality materials in the Alpine style. Most of the furniture is beautiful individual pieces. We racked our brains about how to create the greatest possible feeling of well-being. Coming in and feeling good while enjoying the great views of the Predigtstuhl was the goal. In the apartment building there is a large panoramic pool and a measly fitness area.😂 The house has a great location and very good accessibility.

Shopping for your everyday needs are also a few minutes away. The apartment has its own entrance, room with double bed as well as single bed, which can be used as a sofa if not needed; small kitchen with all the necessary utensils... in case you need something and it is not there, just let me know

Ma Bastide is located in Bad Endorf, which is also called the gateway to Chiemgau. Bad Endorf itself has a lot to offer and has a 1A transport connection to Munich or Salzburg. Just minutes from Ma Bastide is a wonderful thermal spa that invites you to relax. In the "Gut Immling," art and culture lovers will also get their money's worth. The Simseeklinik and the spa gardens are also close to the property.

Enjoy your vacation in the circus trailer on our property. In front of the circus trailer there is a "small garden" with two seats that can be used depending on the condition. We live on the outskirts of Breitbrunn, about 800 m from Lake Chiemsee. This can also be reached quickly on foot on beautiful paths. Breitbrunn is a small village surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes.
