During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

In the village it is about 1000 m to the swimming lake, there are many hiking trails and in winter a cross-country trail right outside the door. Breitbrunn is a small village surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes.
