This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

The high-quality equipment and the fantastic view over the Templin lake make it difficult for us to leave every time. In summer we enjoy the 90 sqm roof terrace, which also invites you to barbecue. Through underfloor heating, fireplace and private sauna, we make our houseboat a fantastic retreat even in winter.

The 100-year-old villa has many stories to tell and has since been renovated and modernly equipped. A cozy, quiet apartment with private access awaits you. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. Parking is reserved on the premises.

Feel at home with us: the lower floor of the house is at your disposal, the garden invites you to relax in the evening and the terrace can be used at any time thanks to the roof. As a highlight, a sauna and a pool are also waiting for you (if it is already in use due to the weather - please ask).
