Condo vacation rentals in Seaside

George was an awesome host!! One minor thing was broke, and I bought it to his attention he came in fixed it in 10 min or even less!!! His place was cozy, clean, and neat most definitely the perfect location less than 5-10 min drive to all the places we was going to for our vacation with the kids.

Such a beautiful place to stay at !10/10 would recommend staying the pools are very close . Plus just a 6 minute walk to the beach ! Definitely would come back again ! Robin was a great and very responsive host !

Dave’s place was perfect for our family of 5! We loved being able to make breakfast and head down to the beach. You cannot beat the location and convenience. We took advantage of the gym which is decent for a beach destination and pickleball courts. Dave was super responsive and flexible. We will definitely return. Destin is perfect family vacation spot! For those traveling by air - we flew into MOB and drove the 2 hours to Destin…easy peasy.

We really enjoyed staying at Pam's place. Regency Towers was very peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of other spring breakers. We purposely stayed at this end of Thomas Drive because I knew that we would not encounter any of the "wild" spring breakers that typically come to PCB this time of year and would have access to great restaurants. We also chose this unit because I knew that the balcony faced the sunset, which we immensely enjoyed every evening from the comfort of the patio. The property is gated by super-friendly staff and felt very safe. Unfortunately, there were double red flags daily (typical for this time of year), so we could not go in the ocean. However, we enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub, ample pool chairs with included umbrellas, and the beach chairs and umbrellas down at the beach. Pam's place is very clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed for a fantastic vacation. Also, the water pressure in the shower is amazing, which I really loved!

The condo was spacious, comfortable, clean and exactly as described. The kitchen has all the necessities, and I appreciated the shower and laundry products provided. Parking was plentiful and easy. We didn't have an issue with the stairs, and there's landings halfway between the floors if you need to rest. Location was great!! Walking distance to Publix, Starbucks, ice cream, pizza, Chinese, bar/pub, and a steakhouse. Lots of nice shops in the area as well. Only 10 min drive to Miramar Beach. This was a great place to stay for our first visit to the Sandestin area. Thanks Angela! :)

We stayed in this unit at the Palms for 6 weeks over the holidays. What a joy to be here at that time. They even had a decorated Christmas tree waiting for us!! Krystal’s place is gorgeous and pristine and no detail left undone!! It felt like home as soon as we moved in. We loved the huge sectional, the updates everywhere , the fully equipped kitchen and the convenience of the ground floor unit.They spared no expense with the pillows and bedding!! OMG, you will sleep like a baby!!!! Also, they have about everything imaginable for kids and trips to the beach and pool… floats, boogie boards ,etc! You won’t have to bring anything!! If we had any questions Krystal responded quickly, which was so awesome. The staff here is super friendly and always smiling and saying hello!! We actually preferred the safety and security here over others that are directly on the beach. And the Palms is just stellar for an awesome Destin vacay at any time of the year!! We’ll be back!!!

We had a closet door on the pantry that was kind of hanging there when we checked in. It eventually fell next to our 3yo grandson. Door was pretty heavy. We ended up propping it up so it wouldn’t fall again. Dryer had issues. Sounded awful. Husband said bearing were shot. Took a long time to dry. Overall great place besides those 2 issues. Enjoyed our stay with family. Will definitely rent again.

My friends and I stayed here over Easter weekend to celebrate my 21st birthday and get baptized. It was absolutely amazing!!! Everything was super clean and there was just enough space for the three of us. We could not get over how cute the place was, it was PERFECT for a girls trip!!

My stay at Jodi’s place was exceptional. She was an outstanding host—highly communicative, incredibly responsive, and always helpful. Her energy and attentiveness made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. The home itself was exactly as pictured—beautiful, impeccably clean, and well-maintained. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay. If I return to the area, I would not hesitate to stay here again or explore other properties she hosts. Truly a top-tier Airbnb experience!

We had a great time at Kate's place. It was ideal for two people. I did not realize that there was not a washer or dryer, but we were fine with it just being us. If you have kids or a long stay, it might be a problem.

Great location with easy access to the pools, ocean and eateries. My son loved being able to fish at the pond by the condo. He caught a few large mouth bass. Area felt safe, it was quiet and we enjoyed our vacation!

Large and clean space! Quiet and convenient complex. Only hiccup is the washer didn’t work but the owner was super responsive and on top of it. Loved the double balconies! Would definitely stay again.

John’s place was perfect for our getaway. It was extra special that we got to bring our fur-baby. The place was very clean and the bed was comfortable. My family really enjoyed the bikes and beach chairs. Will definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent apartment, location, the complex has everything, restaurant, pool, beach 3 minutes walk, you can go for a walk and breathe fresh air, everything well organized and clean, it's a 10/10, I would come back 100% recommend it, the host is excellent and always attentive to any questions.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay here! Cute and cozy beach condo with easy walking access to a private beach and the hosts were very helpful and communicative. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone!

I’ve stayed in Sandpiper Cove before, and the area is amazing. Very beautiful property with a private beach located across the road. You can either take your car or walk. This particular unit is close enough to walk, but we drove just to help with carrying things. The unit is located on the beautiful canal & you can see an AMAZING sunset. The place was very clean. The bathroom is pretty, but the shower/tub has paint that is chipping inside the tub & on the sides as well, but worked very well. I loved that we had a washer and dryer on site, some units have a community washing area, but beware to keep the door to the drying unit closed or the fire alarm will go off while the dryer is running 🙈! Overall, the unit had great storage, comfy furniture, a beautiful view, and amazing amenities!

The apt was lovely, very clean and well organized. We had everything we needed there (appliances, cleaning products, towels, silverware etc.). The building was easy to find, easy to go in and out and near to the main city attractions and the beaches. Denes replied really fast and kindly to all inquiries. We highly recommend the staying in this place. It was great!

Wow! Our stay at this condo was absolutely perfect! From the moment we booked, our host Nina was outstanding—so responsive and kind, which made us feel truly welcomed. The condo was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and so cozy! But the real highlight? The breathtaking ocean view! Sitting on the balcony, watching the waves and soaking in the beauty was simply magical. The location couldn’t have been better, and thanks to Nina, we felt right at home. We can’t wait to return!

Location! Location! Location! I plan to come back and never leave the condo, because although Jermeys beach front abode was perfection! And the entire property was well maintained, I found PCB (during spring break) to be a bit ratchet. For anyone wondering I was told outside of Spring Break PCB is less intense. Otherwise my family of 5 and fur babe loved our time at this immaculate condo and had everything we needed!
