We had a fantastic stay at Ted’s place! The accommodation was clean, warm, and very comfortable, with modern furniture and everything in perfect working order. It’s in a great location — close to town and right next to a bus stop, which made getting around super convenient. Ted was incredibly friendly and proactive, providing us with all the information we needed ahead of time. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches and hospitality. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others!

Fabulous flat and neighbourhood. Lovely cute private garden. Nice furnishings. Great amenities. Very warm always and log fire made it super cosy. Everything clean and clutterless. Very communicative host who made it all easy. Highly recommend staying here if it’s within your budget. It’s possibly on the slightly expensive side for a 2-person accommodation but if you’re going to be mainly home-based for your stay it’s probably worth it house and garden wise.

We had a lovely peaceful stay in Laura's accommodation. Felt like home from home in her very comfortable flat. Great communication from Laura at all times, but was not intrusive. Would highly recommend for couples looking for a relaxing break in beautiful surroundings.

The space was clean, well-designed, and comfortable. The location was very central, conveniently close to shops like Tesco and Sainsbury and well connected to public transportation. Great host, quick response and friendly. Highly recommend!

This may be the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in - and I I travel full time so I've stayed in A LOT of Airbnbs. The apartment is exactly as pictured. Unlike many other rentals, it's clear that it has been well-cared for. It thoughtfully furnished so you'll feel right at home (or, like me, wish it was your full-time home). The kitchen has everything you need. The smart TV swivels so you can watch it while cooking, eating, or lounging. And the shower is heavenly. I honestly never wanted to leave. If Alison's place is available for your travel dates, snag it fast -- otherwise I might come back and get it first. ;)

The flat was in a great location- just around the corner from the bus stop which we used every day to go downtown. The place was very clean and Rebecca was very nice and quick to respond to any questions. The roof top patio was nice. There are plenty of restaurants and several grocery stores close by. The pool looked very nice but we did not use it. The only down side was the beds are very firm but we would definitely stay again.

This was a wonderful quirky stay. Very close to the centre, situated in a bus route and also easy to access train stations (which were a short drive). Has everything you need in the flat. Only 2 tiny niggles, road outside flat, very noisy with traffic… but that can’t be helped. Floors could do with a mop, noticed some footprints, initially worried they were ours making a mess - but nothing major. The decor was on point and fabulous, really lovely feel, quirky and homely. It was obvious that there was so much care to attention and detail in the decor, which we appreciated very much. Hosts were fabulous and went above and beyond with making sure we felt at home, with great communication, welcome messages and a little book that gave some good recommendations. Would recommend and would definitely stay again. Thank you for having us.

This is a lovely flat . Spotless, neat and cosy. Not far from high street and good facilities and not far from Tescos for the rest. Would recommend and we would love to visit again.

We stayed at Jacqui’s place to attend our daughter’s wedding in Edinburgh. It was a perfect choice, really great location. So tranquil, relaxing with beautiful views and yet only a stones throw away from the city. The property was very clean, bright and comfortable. Jacqui was a great host, helpful and responsive to our queries. Will definitely stay here again!

The place was perfect just what we needed a local stay near family, I will definitely recommend to all other family members who travel up to see family.

This upstairs apartment in a charming Scottish village gave us a peaceful, cozy home base while exploring the Dunbar area. We appreciated the high-speed internet, up-to-date appliances and super-comfy sofa. Robert is a very responsive, helpful host who answered all our questions promptly.

Host Alan gave a warm welcome on our arrival, walking us around the clean, spacious and well-furnished apartment. Part of Alan’s home, the ground-floor rental space is independent of the house and is accessed only by its own front door. Unusually, the control for the central heating was easily accessible, allowing us to maintain the cool environment that is our preference. The kitchen space was well set up for cooking, if required, and included a fridge – freezer and a washing machine. The double bed was comfortable and the bedroom, located at the rear of the house, had sufficient clothes storage. We parked in a nearby road without any problems, in a space that we used each day of our stay. The host and his family did not intrude on our stay. We very much enjoyed our choice of accommodation and, because we felt safe in this area of the city, would certainly stay here on our next visit.

Anthony's apartment was well equipped and tidy. My 2 year old son had a good time as well. There were a bag full of toys available which was so helpful to keep him engaged! The apartment is very close to any public commute needed. The only feedback I would give is that the sofas in the living room and both mattresses and pillows in the bedrooms are starting to wear out so may need a change! Overall happy with the stay.

Superb accommodation - clean and kitchen well-equipped. Very convenient for exploring the Scottish Boarders. Beautiful garden and great views. We had a lovely time.
