The staff helped with any issues. The cottage is large and full of nooks and crannies. There are plenty of spaces for your own things. The views from the windows and balconies are great, right on the mountains and Wang Temple. The price also includes A SPA, so after an active day, it's the perfect place to relax and recharge.

We were there in April for a hiking vacation. The location of the house is really great, right by the forest overlooking the rocks. The highlights of the region such as Adersbacher Felsen, Teplicer Felsenstadt, Bischofstein Castle Ruins are within walking distance. You practically do not need a car. Interesting for winter vacationers: location directly on the ski slope. In the village, there are several good restaurants which were already open in the pre-season. Small grocery stores are also on site. The house is cozy and spacious, the beds are comfortable. Large beautiful fireplace, wood was sufficiently provided by the landlord. The host is very helpful and friendly and gave us many helpful tips. It would have been nice if there had been a little more space in the kitchen and bathroom cabinets to accommodate our own utensils, which were quite crowded. Although the sanitary facilities were all functional, they could be renewed. Overall, we were very satisfied.

The house is really beautiful - on a hillside overlooking the mountains, surrounded by trees. The walkers had a place to disappear for days, but a lot of us were just hanging out with a cup of coffee, admiring the views. You can completely forget about the hustle and bustle of the city. The house is fantastic for groups - it has space to park several cars in the summer, it is spacious inside, with many separate common spaces. There's a place to hang out, but there's a place for smaller groups. For board lovers, RPG games, or just shared meals, there are plenty of tables and chairs ;) The house has everything you need to spend many days there - dishes, dishwashers, refrigerators, etc. There is also a sauna and an outdoor heated bale. In addition, the house has an amazing atmosphere - beautiful old fixtures, wooden floor, sheep under the window... We spent an entire breakfast discussing the chairs in the upper dining room :D I recommend wholeheartedly <3

We had a nice and cosy time around christmas. The house is perfectly equipped and we fehlt very comfortable. There is a lot of space, wonderful with children. My nephew enjoyed to play with all the toys provided. We had some nice trips to the mountains and enjoyed our holidays - thank you very much!

The large house with many rooms and bathrooms offered us the ideal conditions for relaxing in the house and garden as well as for fantastic excursions and hikes. Located almost at the top of the mountain, we enjoyed the tranquility, despite the location on the road. The highlight was the beautiful garden with its seating, as well as the hot pot, where you could relax wonderfully. The on-site manager was always responsive and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We, ten adults and teenagers, as well as a child, felt very comfortable. Thank you!

Good place for 8 people

Large house. A little spartanly furnished, but everything you need is available, but everything you need is available. Lovely, quiet location. A little off the beaten path.

Pluses Nice view from the windows Spacious and neat apartment with all you need. Enough space to store clothes, enough space for kids, good quality bedding, comfortable mattresses. Super close to two ski lifts for beginners and ski rentals. Free ski bus 100 m away is available to go to more advanced ski slopes. Definitely good value for the price. There are plenty of kitchen amenities. Small grocery store is near by. German speaking TV and WiFi is included. Minuses Kitchen is quite dated with furniture repaired with a duct tape, but it is fully functional and in the end it did not disturb us. Guests are required to wash the dishes and apparently the guests before us were not so diligent with cups. Garage parking is tricky with the elevator for cars and very narrow drive in. We managed to use it quite well, but it requires some practice :) Please measure your car dimensions before booking. Overall we liked it and would love to come back next winter break.

Really nice house. We felt like we were at home. We had 4 kids all together and the house was perfect for everyone to have space. Everything is perfectly designed for the ski, walking holiday. The ski in Pec was really amazing. Kids instructors were really taking their time to teach the kids. Definitely will book this house again.

The kitchen is well-equipped, with a dishwasher, clean linens, towels, everything you need to feel at home. Plus a great BBQ shed! Sboboba nad Upa has very good bus connections that will easily take you to wonderful trails. There is also a bar, shop, and restaurant nearby. Contacting Anton is always very kind and helpful. We had a truly wonderful three-day stay at these apartments. The family was incredibly kind and welcoming. We grilled and relaxed by the fire in the evenings — such a cozy atmosphere! The location is perfect: everything is within walking distance, yet the house is in a quiet, peaceful part of town right next to the forest. Our kids were especially happy to play with their lovely dog. Many thanks to Mr. Krzysztof and his family for their warm hospitality!

We were very satisfied with the accommodation in this traditional village house. Everything was clean, cozy, and romantic. BBQ grill and fire pit available. Cozy garden. A direct bus line to Vrchlabí, to the train to Kunčice nad Labem it is two kilometers over the hill on a quiet path. Ideal starting point for trips to the Giant Mountains or Bohemian Paradise. We loved it and will be back in a year. :)

We were able to spend 5 beautiful weather conditions with hiking and skiing in the Giant Mountains. The accommodation was a cozy starting point from where we could start great day trips by car. The kitchen is well equipped. There are games, too. The furnishings are thoughtful and cozy. In the village, there are a lot of offers.

We enjoyed all the space, the pool, the tranquility and the beautiful surroundings with our whole family! Communication with Jellie went smoothly, always quick feedback to our questions. The kids enjoyed the pool and when it got windy after a few days, the hood made sure it didn't get too cold. Totally super!

Lenka’s chalupa is one of those places you feel grateful to be able to spend a few days in. So much attention to detail.

Malgorzata and her husband are very warm hosts. The duplex apartment is warmly furnished and quietly located. The adjacent garden, which we were able to use privately, is huge and offers all kinds of opportunities to relax and play. The surrounding area is also beautiful. Right from the property, there are great hiking trails.

We had a wonderful snow vacation at Malgorzata. The house was beautiful, cozy, spacious, perfect for kids. The fireplace was great, it was nice and warm. We had the entire time over snow and were able to toboggan the house directly, take snow walks and even to the ski slope (5 minutes by car). The communication with Malgorzata was very friendly and fast, all questions were answered immediately. There were even ski pants on site (we forgot). We definitely recommend the place and the accommodation and will be happy to come back ! ❤️

we were 10 people and the house was big eanogh for each one of us to have a room and privacy. the house was very clean and comfortable. the hosts were available for anything and answered quickly. we had a very good experience and we recommend it highly.

A great place for a group of friends or a large family. Spacious rooms, big living room, kitchen equipped with everything you need. The pool was the biggest experience on hot days. Great location. Very close to shops and restaurants. The Giant Mountains offer a wealth of experiences - hiking, biking... A friendly host was also very helpful in their choice. Thanks for a great stay!

We enjoyed the stay, the tranquility and great nature around the house was perfect for us adults, the children and the dog. There is also a nice barbecue to use.
