Duplex apartment for 6 people. It has an area of approx. 64 m². On the first level there is an open space living room with a kitchenette and an exit to the balcony overlooking the mountains. At the same level is a locked bedroom with a double bed overlooking the mountains and a bathroom with a shower. The mezzanine has a huge panoramic window overlooking the mountains. There are two single beds. There is also a half bathroom at the top. The apartment is on the second floor, there is no elevator.

Cozy apartment in the center of Kowar - a beautiful village hidden between the Krkonoše and Janowice Ore Mountains. Numerous hiking trails are available from Kowar (including to Sněžka, the Edge Pass, the Rock Table), which are a great alternative to (often crowded) trails starting, for example, from Karpacz. There are also many places worth visiting in Kowary, such as the Underground Tourist Route Kowary, the Miniature Park of Monuments of Lower Silesia, or the Sentiment Museum.

A quiet neighborhood in the middle of lower Karpacz, surrounded by meadows with nice visits to deer, deer, and rabbits. At the same time close to the center (10 minutes on foot).
