The bungalow has two rooms, a living room with double bed and kitchenette, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. And there is a large terrace. The bungalow is suitable for a couple or a family with a maximum of one small child. We don't rent to construction workers.

We rent out our nice, detached cottage of about 35 m² on our property, with garden, barbecue and cozy seating area. For the colder days, it is equipped with central heating. It is a 2-minute walk from the lake, 3 minutes from the beach, surf club. The train station is 500 m away, bakeries, shopping facilities and Restaurants are within walking distance. Bus stop. For the door, Berlin is close, other lakes in the vicinity. For dog lovers, the property is not completely fenced.

The cottage is located on our residential property. Here you are surrounded by forest and water. You feed yourself. Hiking enthusiasts and water lovers will love it here. Nearby is the Scharmützelsee and 30 minutes by car you can get to the "Tropical Island" the only tropical leisure paradise in Germany. The Spreewald is also a popular day trip. Until Berlin, it is only 70 km away. The cities of Beeskow and Storkow are each 20 km away.

All rooms are level and easily accessible with a wheelchair. Free Wi-Fi, 2 LED TVs with Netflix and Prime Video are also available.
