The 82 sqm apartment is located in a quiet side street and yet right in the middle of lively Akazienkiez. Countless playgrounds, nice restaurants, bars, fashion shops, galleries, organic shops, toy stores, bookstores, bookstores and bakeries can all be found right in the neighborhood. Every Saturday there is a market at the Winterfeldtmarkt. Just around the corner you can rent a bicycle. The nearest metro station, S-Bahn and buses are all directly accessible by foot in 5 minutes.

On the island of Werder, in the main house, there is a small fisherman's or fruit grower's house, our small but nice apartment. Small refers to the size of the guests. For those over 1.85 m, you should duck your head a little at the doorways. The apartment is in the attic. In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!

Diese frisch renovierte 1,5-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Balkon liegt mitten in Potsdam-Babelsberg. Geschäfte, Cafés, Restaurants und Bars sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Vom Apartment aus erreicht man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln die Innenstadt von Potsdam in etwa 10 Minuten. Auch der S-Bahnhof Babelsberg ist in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Von dort aus besteht mit der S7 eine direkte Verbindung nach Berlin.

This combination guarantees authenticity and coziness. During the renovation, we tried to get as much of the original substance as possible. Whole warning: A low ceiling beams dating back to 1775 crosses the space.
