Czysto, schludnie, kontakt z właścicielami świetny. Jako baza wyjazdowa na stoki, ten dom bardzo dobrze się sprawił.

Karin's place is an amazing find. Had a great time visiting Mittenwald. Great location - walkable to pretty much everything! Great place - cozy, modern, clean. And the view from the patio! Would definitely recommend. 🙂 Karin was a great host.

Voor ons huwelijksreis in de Dolomieten huurden we dit prachtige appartement. Het appartement was zeer schoon, luxe, modern en we voelden ons er echt thuis. Elfi was enorm aardig en gaf ons de beste tips voor de omgeving en reageerde snel. De tuin was echt een prachtige toevoeging om lekker tot rust te komen. Onder het appartement is een supermarkt gevestigd, wat erg handig is als je een dagje in de buurt wil blijven. Badkamer was ruim en modern en de keuken was van alle gemakken voorzien! Mijn vrouw en ik komen zeker nog een keer terug 😍

Family of 4, Stayed 3 nights. Great for kids. Pull out couch was comfortable for 1 person. The loft is great for kids, not so much for adults as the ceiling is low. It is open to the main bedroom so not private. Grocery store is just a short walk down the street. Walkable to downtown, but up hill on your way back!

Echt een ontzettend mooi appartement op een schitterende locatie met heel veel ruimte binnen en buiten. De omgeving is erg rustig. Om in het dorp te komen is het hebben van een auto wel handig. Daarnaast zitten er geweldige restaurants in het centrum van neustift. De host is erg betrokken en toegewijd om haar gasten een onvergetelijke tijd te geven. Dat is dan ook zeker gelukt.

숙소는 흠집을 데 없이 완벽했습니다 모든 시설이 갖춰져 있고 방과 거실 부엌 모두 충분한 공간을 가지고 있고, 필요한 모든 것이 완벽하게 갖춰져 있습니다. 정원도 넓고 심지어 부엌과 연결된 작은 정원도 있습니다. 무엇보다 호스트가 신속하고 쾌활하게 응답해 주며 질문에 명쾌하게 대답해 줍니다

Wir haben in den (niedersächsischen) Osterferien einige Tage bei Sofia auf dem Hof verbracht und haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Sofia hat uns persönlich begrüßt und uns die schöne Wohnung gezeigt. Wir konnten gleich frische Eier von den auf dem Hof im Freien rumlaufenden Hühner beziehen sowie sehr leckeren Abpfelsaft von lokalen Streuobstwiesen aus der nahen Umgebung von Lenggries. Das Appartment ist in einem Nebengebäude auf dem Grundstück untergebracht, so dass man sehr privat und für sich Ferien machen kann aber ist bei Bedarf und eigenem Wunsch auch in das Hofleben mit seinen Bewohnern (Sofias Familie mit erwachsenen Töchtern und sehr freundlichem Ehemann) eingebunden und hat netten Kontakt mit interessanten Gesprächen. Wir haben jeden Abend auf dem schönen Balkon gesessen und die fantastische Aussicht auf die naheliegenden Alpen genossen (es war bei unserem Aufenthalt vor Ostern schon sehr warm in Bayern). Vielen Dank, Sofia, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Chosen for a month’s stay to ski at local resorts. Excellent location from that point of view (though you need a car with winter tires to get up and down the steep road to the property). Large house, very clean and neat, and host was very responsive and helpful.

Wir hatten einen sehr netten Aufenthalt. Die Erreichbarkeit per Auto und per Skibus des Skigebiets Schlick 2000 ist super. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr entspannt und hilfreich. Vielen Dank - es war sehr schön

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und außerordentlich gut ausgestattet. Es ist ein warmes, sauberes und ordentliches, geräumiges und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus. Man vermisst absolut nichts. Alle Informationen waren von dem Moment an, als wir das Haus betraten, sofort zur Hand. Die Umgebung ist wirklich herrlich. Es ist auch ganz in der Nähe von tollen Skigebieten. Man hat auch seine Ruhe, wenn man auf die Terrasse geht. Es ist wirklich ein Juwel. Ich empfehle es sehr. Vielen Dank an Sie. Wir werden auf jeden Fall in der Zukunft wiederkommen.

Mein Partner und ich haben Simons Unterkunft gebucht um zu entspannen sowie die Gegend zu erkunden. Simon war super erreichbar, die Unterkunft war sauber und toll. Man hat sich sofort wohlfühlen können. Es war äußerst sauber. Ich kanns nur jedem empfehlen!

Lovely property set in beautiful surroundings. Decor was gorgeous really well thought about, and they had thought of all the little touches to make you feel at home. Accommodated 5 of us perfectly. Sauna and wine cellar were a bonus! Nice walks..and good public transport to Innsbruck and ski resorts, which we used and were approx 30 mins away.. Host was helpful and responded promptly when needed. would definitely stay here again...miss it already!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Silvi's place. The house is in a prime location really close to the centre of Kitzbühel (3 minute walk) while also being in a quiet cul-de-sac away from the bustle of the town centre. Silvi couldn't do enough to help us feel settled in and welcome in her home. She made some great suggestions for local attractions to visit without which our holiday probably wouldn't have been so good. The house itself is over 3 floors and you have access to the whole of the ground floor. It's worth noting that Silvi and her partner live above with access to their dwellings through the hallway on the ground floor so it's not strictly true that you have the whole place to yourself and owing to the age of the building you can hear them walking around. This was in no way a problem for us but it's worth pointing out to future guests in case it is for them. The character of the home is so authentic and along with Silvi's kindness, I would highly recommend a stay!

Everything is just clean and convenient. Sigrid is super friendly and is available always for any queries. The cake was absolute nice gesture! The games room was a pleasure for a big family like ours on a rainy day. There is nothing to complain and can only recommend others. We would absolutely go there again and can give nothing short of 5 stars.

Wir waren fuer einen Kurzaufenthalt Gäste bei Dagmar und ihrem Mann, die beide ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit sind. Die Wohnung ist top eingerichtet und die Lage super, ruhig, in der Natur und super verkehrsmaessig angebunden.

Sehr komfortabler Check-in und eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Durch die zentrale Lage war der Skilift sowie die Altstadt in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Diese Wohnung ist zu empfehlen 👍🏼

The apartment was large comfortable and well equipped! It was a short walk from train station which was our primary mode of travel during our stay, traveling on day trips further into the mountains or into the city of Munich. After our day trips, we would finish the evenings sitting on the balcony. It was a very nice place. One last thing to note is while staying in Schliersee, the town has a 2 euro per night per guest fee that you pay the host. With this fee you get guest cards which provide free public transport within zones 6-9 as well as discounts at various venues. We used these cards every day of our stay. Hence the cards were worth well more than the small fee.

Die Unterkunft war sehr angenehm und entsprach genau den Bildern. Marco war freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Wir hatten viel Spaß und konnten die Zeit in vollen Zügen genießen. Besonders toll war, dass wir einige Tage in Mayerhofen verbracht haben, um zu snowboarden – ein großartiges Erlebnis! Alles in allem ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt.

Ubytovanie bolo super, určite sa sem vrátime znovu! Boli sme štyria, ale v klude sa tam zmestí aj 7 ľudí. Čisto, pekne, blízko lyžiarskeho strediska. Taktiež nám hostiteľ odporučil super reštaurácie … 10 z 10 🤩

Great location with Mountain View, 20 mins drive from main Innsbruck city. The apartment was clean, had all electronics and amenities, worth the price.

An extremely clean and modern apartment. We chose it as we intended to bring our dog and it had a safe, fenced garden. The kitchen was well kitted out and some drinks awaited us in the fridge which was a nice touch. Instructions re check in etc were clear. Although with road works etc it was a little more complicated to find the property than expected. It might help to have an English option of instructions in the apt as everything was in German. A little folder of guest info would also be helpful too - local restaurants, attractions etc. There was a mini-market close by, and a playground, which we discovered by chance. The only issue we had in an overall lovely stay was the bedding. A heavier duvet would have been appreciated. The pillows (only 2) were small and very uncomfortable, more like small flat cushions. The sofa bed was not prepared in advance and bedding minimal. For an expensive apt out of the city I would have expected this to be better. Still a nice apt and good base!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der Unterkunft, die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und die Ausstattung super. Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Reichersbeuern und Bäckerei, Metzger etc. sind fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir haben von den Gastgebern zudem sehr hilfreiche Tipps für Ausflugsziele erhalten.
