Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Schwaz District

We had a very nice stay. The accessibility by car and by ski bus of the ski resort Schlick 2000 is great. Communication with the host was very relaxed and helpful. Thank you - it was very nice

We were traveling with a larger group for skiing and stayed in Kirsten's great Blueberry house. The approach to the house is very steep, but there was no fresh snow with us, so it was easily feasible. In the immediate vicinity of the house is the ski bus, so you did not need the car. The place is very clean and you have a great view of the mountain through the panoramic window in the living room. In the kitchen you will find all the utensils you need for cooking and there are several coffee machines. Kirsten was always available and helped us immediately if we had any questions. We will be happy to come back!

Cristina is a very friendly and supportive host, who always responded very quickly to the communication. Check-in was very easy and straightforward. Liked the stay, that was sufficient for my family. The surroundings are calm and peaceful away from the buzz of the city, however with good transport options. Will definitely recommend the stay for anyone who wants to visit Tyrol around Innsbruck.

Lovely place, a good amount of space for 10 adults. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The furnishings are partly older (see pictures), but by no means broken or outdated. The bathroom on the 2nd floor has been completely renovated, for example. There is ample space for skis, snowboards and equipment. If the weather had been better, we would have liked to use the large terrace. The ski bus is a 3-minute walk, the Zillertalbahn about 5 minutes. The ski resorts “Hochzillertal,” “Mayrhofen” and “Zillertalarena” are easily accessible. The house has ample parking space.

We had a lovely time, the place had everything we needed. Petra was very responsive to any questions we had.

This place was perfect for our group of 8! The house is very spacious with a nice garden and the location is great for getting to Innsbruck by bus.

Beautiful view from one of the terraces and a wonderful house for a family stay 😍 We were 🐶 traveling with four adults with three children plus a dog for a winter vacation and the house is perfect for such a trip. Heidi is great when it comes to instructions and it had everything to guarantee a nice vacation. Thanks very much again for that. 👍

The apartment is very clean, the linen is fragrant, there is everything you need for a stay. The location is a ten-minute drive to the center and is convenient. Great private parking. We are very satisfied.

We booked the duplex version so you have two apartments in one. Great to have two balconies, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and two living rooms. Everything you need to live as a 5 people family. Several busses into the city right outside the house. Loads of playgrounds and a public "pool" (artificial lake" not even 10 minutes to walk. Would stay again even though air bnbs in Innsbruck are a bit over the top pricewise.

Very nice apartment with a wonderful view of the valley. We felt very comfortable the entire time. Anna is a super nice and helpful hostess. Everything was available in the apartment. Nothing was missing. We'd come back any time.

Great stay! All good and very clean!

Clemens' place exceeded our expectations. It was very comfortable and practically furnished. Kitchen, living room and bathroom were well equipped, and everything was very clean. The kids had fun with the many toys and comics that are in the apartment. For rainy days, Netflix was also available on the big TV. With public transport you can get to Innsbruck in a short time, the bus stop is practically in front of the apartment. Other beautiful excursion destinations (Patscherkofel, Nordkette, etc.) are also directly and quickly accessible by bus. Clemens is a great host - flexible, sympathetic and accommodating! Thank you for the great week, we will be happy to come back!

Christina and Ernst were wonderful hosts. The apartment is amazing and has everything you would need. The Spa service was so good we used it every night. Highly recommend staying here if there is availability

Great location in the Alps, with close vicinity to Schwaz, cute and historical town, and for winter enthusiasts Ski resorts too. The apartment is large with amazing amount views; highly recommended.

What a beautiful place to stay! It’s slightly out of town but a beautiful walk down to Innsbruck. There’s also a very easy bus down to town that runs regularly.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel in Tyrol! The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking and truly made our experience unforgettable. The breakfast offered a fantastic variety of fresh and high-quality options, with plenty of healthy and delicious choices. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel’s spa area was a highlight—beautifully designed, peaceful, and perfect for relaxation.

We stayed there for a week with our family and felt very comfortable. For six adults and two children, the Alpenfriede accommodation offers a great starting point for the great Tyrolean surroundings and Lake Achen. We would book the place again at any time and thank Karien and her family for the wonderful time that their apartment allowed us.

we stayed a few days in zacks appartment and we had an awesome time. Zack was a great host, very friendly, flexible with check-in and checkout times. we would recommend it a 100%!
