Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Schwaz District

We stayed in the apartment with 4 adults and 3 children, both ski and non skiers. The location was ideal for everyone. The view on the village road was great, especially on New Year's Eve.

This apartment is really recommended 😊 Very large and super equipped with everything you need . Clean and very comfortable. We stayed in Gerlos for a week and felt very comfortable. The dear caretaker Eliska takes very good care of well-being. Not only did we expect nice , cozy clean apartment, but also bottle of wine, something sweet and what to nibble 😉 Thank you Eliska ! The location is ideal. Directly in the village on the street but in the evening is very quiet and you can spend time outside on the large balcony, of course also during the day. 😃 There are several restaurants nearby. I can highly recommend the Dahoum.202. Simply great and delicious ! Same restaurant von Jägerhof👌🏼. I will definitely be back and book this apartment 😃 Oh dear ... forgot to mention the great sauna! We had the deluxe apartment and it was great! Loved having 2 bathrooms connected to bedrooms-perfect for traveling with friends. Easy walk to little village. We had a really good meal at Messners. Host didn’t communicate beforehand on check in (or requirements for check out—I hope we left it the way they wanted) - we emailed but didn’t hear back so we had to call to ask about check-in. However, host was super nice and explained what to do and it was easy! The apartment with 2 balconies was really great and the tourism card was a bonus we weren’t expecting! We did do the cable car because it was included with card-so nice!

We had a really pleasant stay. We came with two small children and effort was made for this. 2 cribs and 2 high chairs were provided, so we didn't have to put it in our already overcrowded suitcases. We were also allowed to arrive and depart more flexibly so that this worked out better with the children. The cottage overlooked the valley and this view is definitely worth it.

We had wonderful days in René's apartment. We were greeted super warmly and familiarly and felt welcome and comfortable right from the beginning. The apartment was as described and in an extremely clean and well-maintained condition. The furnishings are very tasteful and of high quality. Also highly recommended with toddler. We didn't miss anything and we could enjoy our family vacation. Thanks again for hosting us so warmly, keep it up. We will be happy to come back.

We rented an apartment for Christmas. The apartments correspond to the description, the apartment has everything you need for life, parking next to the house. The apartments are impeccably clean, clean linen, towels, and all the necessary utensils for cooking. Very beautiful surroundings - very quiet, you can walk, nearby ski resorts, Innsbruck. Very attentive and responsive hosts - local recommendations, filled out a form for the child so that the child could study at a children's ski school for free. It was one of our best and most memorable trips! We will definitely come back again, we really enjoyed it!

We really liked the apartment. The location is very convenient. 45 minutes' drive to Innsbruck and close to Spieljoch and Lake Achen. The views are fantastic. The apartment was very clean and has everything you need. Ms. Herrmann was very helpful and answered all questions quickly. It won't be our last time here.

Lovely place, a good amount of space for 10 adults. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The furnishings are partly older (see pictures), but by no means broken or outdated. The bathroom on the 2nd floor has been completely renovated, for example. There is ample space for skis, snowboards and equipment. If the weather had been better, we would have liked to use the large terrace. The ski bus is a 3-minute walk, the Zillertalbahn about 5 minutes. The ski resorts “Hochzillertal,” “Mayrhofen” and “Zillertalarena” are easily accessible. The house has ample parking space.

Sanni's house really great for a ski vacation. The bus station is right around the corner and you are at the Schatzbergbahn within less than 10 minutes. The house is 600 years old, you can hear that of course. It creaks at every step on the upper floor and the wooden doors are also not tight, as there are partial gaps between the boards. If you speak a little louder, you can talk to the living-dining area with the person in the bedroom about it. Nevertheless, our one-year-old child also slept very well in the house (but there was more than just wood between our room and the floor below). There was a chair for him, a baby bed and even an extra towel was provided for him. The beds for the adults are very soft, you have to like that. The kitchen is well equipped, in the dining room there are some board games and upstairs a grand piano and a bookshelf. From the veranda and the garden you have a beautiful view of the mountains.

Fantastic house, tastefully decorated, with all the comforts. Had a great week with the whole family. Very nice that each room had its own bathroom and toilet. Had accidents with toilet seat, was handled very smoothly. Very sympathetic all!

In one word a beautiful stay!

Beautiful view from one of the terraces and a wonderful house for a family stay 😍 We were 🐶 traveling with four adults with three children plus a dog for a winter vacation and the house is perfect for such a trip. Heidi is great when it comes to instructions and it had everything to guarantee a nice vacation. Thanks very much again for that. 👍

Beautifully located apartment, easy to find. Very central for skiing (8 min by car mayrhofen) Large rooms, all with sink and mirror. Large balconies. Overall, it was a wonderful fit for 9 people. Ski depot was included in the basement However, you should discuss exactly how many people are coming there and are officially registered. This has led to additional costs.

Everything worked out great. Beautiful cottage. Just outside Maurach. But everything was very easy to reach on foot (restaurants, cable car, ski slope, bus connection...). House was very well equipped overall. Everything was available. Cozy bedrooms and living area.

Verena's place was great. Fantastic views of the valley, hiking trails and ski bus right outside the door. Everything necessary was available in the apartment. Super equipped. We felt very comfortable with 3 people and a large dog.

Wonderful apartment! The location is hard to overestimate: old center, public transport stop, city parking garage, restaurants, museums, etc. Alan is very friendly and responds instantly. The apartment has everything you need: kitchen utensils, including a dishwasher, bed linen, bath accessories, hair dryer and most importantly - lots of space! Parents with children will understand - you are kind of with them, but kind of not, they have their own room, with three sleeping places. The noise from the street comes through a little, but the gorgeous view of the mountains covers everything! I recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The surroundings view from the house was fantastic. The amenities also were great and Marlies was responsive and friendly (we met her while walking around the neighbourhood).

Very nice apartment which matches the description. Everything you need is there (Kitchen, towels, etc.). Merlies is very nice and came by to check that everything is okay. She helped us with local recommendations. We felt good and can definitely recommend the place.

The room is clean and comfortable. The host, Johannes, is very kind! The location is also great, close to the Old Town and a supermarket.

An extremely clean and modern apartment. We chose it as we intended to bring our dog and it had a safe, fenced garden. The kitchen was well kitted out and some drinks awaited us in the fridge which was a nice touch. Instructions re check in etc were clear. Although with road works etc it was a little more complicated to find the property than expected. It might help to have an English option of instructions in the apt as everything was in German. A little folder of guest info would also be helpful too - local restaurants, attractions etc. There was a mini-market close by, and a playground, which we discovered by chance. The only issue we had in an overall lovely stay was the bedding. A heavier duvet would have been appreciated. The pillows (only 2) were small and very uncomfortable, more like small flat cushions. The sofa bed was not prepared in advance and bedding minimal. For an expensive apt out of the city I would have expected this to be better. Still a nice apt and good base!

We had an incredible stay at this hotel in Tyrol! The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking and truly made our experience unforgettable. The breakfast offered a fantastic variety of fresh and high-quality options, with plenty of healthy and delicious choices. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel’s spa area was a highlight—beautifully designed, peaceful, and perfect for relaxation.
