Originally a hunting lodge built in the early 20th century, this south-facing wooden chalet enjoys beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Perfect for one large or two small families, it offers beds for up to 7. There are 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, dining room, one bathroom, balcony with mountain view and large private garden. Quiet location only 4 km to Gerlos (ski area, shops, restaurants). The skibus stop is 250 m away, hike and bike trips can be started from the door step.

A brand new chalet with 2 double rooms, 3 bathrooms, living room with kitchen (sleeping sofa in the living area), balcony a little terrace, wifi, TV. In the summer are unlimited lift cards for the Isskogelbahn in Gerlos and Dorfbahn in Königsleiten included!!! Plus the Berg and Bike Aktiv Program is included as well (guided hike and bike trips, Mo-Fr). The house is on the farm Wassererhof - there are cows, chickens and goats all around the house. Einfache, gemütliche und helle Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer, einer Küche mit Essplatz, einem Bad mit Dusche sowie einem separaten WC. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hochparterre straßenseitig an der Dorfstraße, ca. 10 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein Supermarkt, ÄrztInnen, Spazier_Rad- u. Wanderwege. Im Dorfzentrum (ca.500m) befinden sich weitere Supermärkte, Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs, Restaurants, Cafès, der Bahnhof sowie die Touristeninformation.

Deine Unterkunft ist nur 500 m Fußweg von der Gerloser Dorfbahn (Einstieg in das Skigebiet der Zillertal Arena) und dem Ortszentrum entfernt. Du wirst das Studio lieben wegen der freundlichen und komfortablen Einrichtung mit kleiner Küchenzeile und neuem Badezimmer. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare und Alleinreisende. Balkon ist keiner vorhanden, du kannst aber die Sitzgelegenheiten im Garten zum Sonnen und Entspannen nutzen. Das Studio liegt im Parterre neben der Eingangstür.
