Or find peace on the water with our canoes, recommended! Our atmospheric cottage is located in the back of the garden, and is built from the old building materials from the old auction of Avenhorn. Conveniently located 10-40 km from: Hoorn-Enkhuizen-Medemblik, Edam-Volendam-Marken. But certainly also Alkmaar, the Zaanse schans, Amsterdam and not to forget, the coast of Noord Holland.

Unique Dutch Miller’s House

This is a rare opportunity to stay in a traditional Miller's House located on the same property as an authentic 1632 Dutch Windmill. This beautiful cabin offers privacy, nature and canals on both sides, yet is only 1.5 miles (2.4km) from town and a 40 minute train ride to Amsterdam. This cabin was hand built with love & care and it is a pleasure to share it with guests from all around the world. As the Miller of this windmill, I enjoy giving my guests a complimentary tour whenever possible.

The Cabin of Greenland

A lovely private place with private garden to relax and unwind. The Cabin of Greenland is a modern wooden house. Built in 2020 and located on our family heir with monumental bell tower from 1640. From your own garden or through the large windows you can see the sun rise, you have a view of the bulb fields, old North Holland mills and around you you will experience the lively nature. You are surrounded by greenery and the cheerful presence of various animals that sometimes come by for a while.

Duinstudio Bergen

De Duinstudio enjoys a great location at the foot of the dunes between Bergen and Bergen aan Zee, in the hamlet of De Franschman. This hamlet starts at the roundabout to Bergen aan Zee and this road winds along the dunes of Bergen aan Zee to the Egmonden. The Zeeweg to the beach and the Eeuwigelaan to Bergen also start here. The studio is located on a quiet residential area with various houses and summer houses, but you are within 5 minutes in Bergen Centre, Bergen aan Zee and the Egmonden.

Dit heerlijke huisje is de ideale plek om op te laden en te genieten van de rust in een prachtige omgeving. Temidden van de Waterlandse natuur maak je een van de mooie fietstochten, of stap je vanaf het terras in een kano voor een tochtje door het natuurgebied Varkensland. Het huisje is brandschoon en van alle gemakken voorzien, met goed uitgeruste keuken, eigen terras en parkeerplek. Wakker worden door het geluid van de vogeltjes, zo vier je ontspannen vakantie in eigen land.

Our cozy B&B is centrally located in the head of North Holland. Because of this location we are very easy to reach both by car and by public transport. The cottage is completely private in a very large garden with its own sunny terrace. Make use of all facilities offered including digital TV & internet. The lodge is located approximately 10 km from the beach and you can also make many nice trips. Visit Enkhuizen, the cheese market in Alkmaar or take the train to Amsterdam.

Idyllic garden house located in large backyard. Backyard is shared with the residents of the house. Garden house is fully insulated, equipped with private bathroom with shower & toilet. Garden house (approximately 26m2) is fully furnished with a romantic double bed (160x200), dining table, television, kitchen unit (no cooking facilities) but a fridge and coffee / tea facility. Wifi. Enjoy your breakfast which you can prepare yourself at a time in the garden house.

For a while, enjoy nature on the outskirts of the IJsselmeer, surrounded by beautiful nature reserves. In the 2700m2 backyard of our farmhouse, there are two detached tiny houses with a large private garden and private entrance with lots of privacy . Layout: Living room, kitchen equipped with combi oven, induction hob, refrigerator and Nespresso machine, bedroom with double box spring, bathroom with underfloor heating and rain shower, wood stove and sleeping loft.

Reachable by bus in just half an hour. Quietly enjoy the waterfront, also an option.
