Baroque apartment at the Old Town Hall 1

A very special apartment in a dream location with a view of the Bamberg City Hall, stylishly furnished with antiques. The front building was erected in 1530, and the water side followed in 1640. Originally a half-timbered house that was plastered during the Baroque period in the 17th century. The facade was restored in May 2026 with a lot of love for detail and now shines again in full splendor next to the city hall. The house was purchased by my grandparents in 1968; before that, it was a pharmacy for 200 years.

The bathroom is equipped with a tub and shower. Parking in the carport, Wallbox type 2 (for a fee) bicycle garage. From the balcony, you have a view of the Steigerwald and the former Cistercian monastery. In the village, there is 1 Norma supermarket, 2 bakeries (with small grocery store), 1 pharmacy. 2 restaurants + 1 seasonal eatery at the campground.

Central access to the highways 4 min. to discount stores, beverage store, bakery, gas station, charging station for electric cars). 15 min. to Bamberg "World Heritage Site" and old town and much more. about 40 minutes to Nuremberg City or Franconian Switzerland.
