We were very satisfied with the accommodation. Thomas personally welcomed us and explained everything important. Communication was straightforward and reliable. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and quiet as it faces the courtyard. The bed was bigger than expected, with two mattresses and an extra blanket. The location in Neu-Ulm is excellent: train station, bus stops, shopping, restaurants and bakeries are within minutes walking distance. We highly recommend the property and would book it again for another stay in Neu-Ulm.

Super equipped apartment. We have never seen such a fully equipped kitchen in an apartment. Really great. For our children there were toys for all ages , numerous books, even for the adults and teenagers. Clean. Brilliant view, beautiful, great playground around the corner, beautiful garden +terrace. I'd love to come back.

For us, Simon was a very good and competent host, ready to make any compromise and, if possible, to meet the demands and wishes of those of us who stay in his apartments. Simon's Apartments was very clean and with all the necessary things that every guest needs to have a pleasant and beautiful stay in it. The apartment is in a very accessible location. Just minutes from the train station and various beautiful sights of this city. Everything is in your palm and you can get to everything you want to visit very quickly. Thank you dear Simon and I am sure we will see each other again

This was a very last minute reservation (within 48 hours of arrival), and Ludovic and Olga were super responsive and accommodating. Thank you both!! The apartment is just as depicted -- very comfortable, in a perfect location, and with all needed for a vacation or teleworking. Excellent views from the kitchen and the living room balcony. I look forward to staying here again in the future!!

The stay was during Christmas and New Year; Christian and his family went above and beyond as hosts, were very kind and helpful, and spoke German and English. I recommend places to visit during your stay; public transport is perfect for supermarket shopping and surrounding areas of interest. A thermal spa is nearby, and there are excellent local hiking trails. This Air BnB has all the modern conveniences: a lounge, sofa, TV area, kitchen, dining area, bathroom, and bedroom. The place has extra beds if need be. Suppose you're after a quiet place with stunning natural beauty and cave systems with boutique shops and restaurants. I recommend it 100 %, and you will enjoy your stay. There is parking if you come by car or bike. Five Star Rating.

We had a wonderful time in the sauna oasis! Location is perfect – quiet yet central, with hiking trails starting right outside the door. The apartment is very well equipped and really lacked nothing. Everything was clean and lovingly prepared. In addition to the fantastic views of the castle, the absolute highlight was of course your own sauna – a real feel-good experience after a long day of hiking. A very nice place for a few relaxing days. The apartment is perfect for 3–4 people and equipped with everything you might need. Unfortunately, we had problems with the hot tub at first. Upon request, we received the helpful tip from the cleaning staff to briefly turn the fuse off and on again – after that it worked. Still a great stay! Thank you so much!

Unfortunately, we only stayed one night, but it really has everything. Hot tub, shower, sauna, actually everything was spanking clean! I've been to expensive hotels that weren't as clean. Not a single hair, the towels and linens smell like freshly washed, just awesome. We liked it, very clear recommendation 10 out of 10!

Birgit is a great owner that we had the honour to meet. We communicated in a great way from the moment we made the reservation till we left the apartment. She is a very kind, welcoming and helpful person. She made us feel like home and she always offered help. She even offered usher bike in case of willing to go for a ride in the park. Moreover, Birgit's apartment is a gorgeous one,placed in a very quiet place. Staying in her apartament was like staying at home. Extremely clean, creatively decorated, fully equipped with everything you need. Absolutely perfect! I strongly recommend her and the apartment when going to Geislingen! You won't regret it!
