Wunderschöne moderne 2 Zimmer Wohnung mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, Bad und Kellerraum. Mitten in der Natur auf unserem Aussiedlerhof mit unschlagbarem Alpenblick - und dennoch ganz nah (3 min) zum Stadtzentrum Ehingen und (17 min) nach Ulm. Mit etwas Glück kommen die wilden Rehe abends zu Besuch :-) Es gibt ein super bequemes Doppelbett und bei Bedarf könnten wir noch unsere Luxus Luma (25cm hoch) auf stellen. Man schläft dort super. Leintuch, Decken, Kisse etc ist natürlich alles vor Ort!

Magolsheim is surrounded by meadows, forests, and the former military training area, making it ideal for hikes. You can get to stores in 7 minutes, and for longer shopping trips, you can reach the Metzingen Outlet Center in 45 minutes or Ulm in 30 minutes. Nearby, you will find the Biosphere Center and a whisky distillery.

We offer a beautiful newly built furnished apartment (80 m²) in the heart of the Middle Alb biosphere reserve. The apartment is located on the outskirts with adjacent meadows. A bike and hiking trail runs directly on the property with garden for shared use, playgrounds within walking distance. The town center with grocery store, café and post office is 1.5 km away. Valleys with their heathland, ruins and caves are popular destinations, as is the biosphere center in Münsingen.
