Linens and towels provided. Unfenced garden. You are responsible for cleaning the house, or you can pay for a cleaning service. The cottage "La Petite Maison", furnished 3-star tourist accommodation, where it is good to spend time. Located in the middle of nature, in the heart of Périgord Vert, just 3 minutes from Brantôme. You'll love staying there for its comfort and tranquility, with its southeast-facing terrace, jacuzzi and garden (not enclosed). PLEASE NOTE: Jacuzzi included for all rentals between May 1 and September 30. Outside of this period the jacuzzi is extra, on request.

The accommodation is located 1.5 km from the Nantheuil lake and its beach, 3 km from Thiviers. The cottage includes a bedroom with a double bed 140 and a bedroom with either 2 beds 90 or a bed 140. We do not accept more than 4 people, possibly 1 small animal. Bed and bath linens are provided.

Everything has been thought out for your comfort: bedding, appliances, private sauna and outdoor table under pergola. As hosts, we make sure to be both available and discreet.
