480 m² house with 5 bedrooms, in a quiet location in the countryside. Ideal for family outings and exploring the area. Check-in will be in person at 5:00 p.m., and your check-out will be at 10:00 a.m. There is a very large private indoor swimming pool with a children's beach at a depth of 110 cm (3.6 ft). Linens and towels provided for stays longer than 7 nights. Unfenced garden. You are responsible for cleaning the house, or you can pay for a cleaning service. Welcome to Le Canard Perdu, an authentic cottage in the Perigord Noir. It is fully equipped, in a quiet hamlet - an ideal base to explore the Vézère- and the Dordogne Valley. You can visit the famous caves, delicious food, swimming and canoeing on the Dordogne or Vézère, strolling through Perigueux or Sarlat, to Lascaux in Montignac, too much to mention. The Lime Tree in Périgord Noir

Between Brive-la-Gaillarde and Périgueux, 5 minutes from the motorway exit, quiet in a village with grocery store, restaurant, tennis, swimming pool (in season), 15 minutes from the Lascaux caves and many other sites (Sarlat, Hautefort, Les Eyzies, Vezere Valley,...). Building in local stone, 2 bedrooms (note that access to the bedrooms is below and is via a small staircase with three steps) + sofa bed, recently renovated with a terrace, ideal for a family or 2 couples.
