This former artist's studio, which belonged to the photographer of the city of Saumur at the beginning of the 20th century, makes this place unique with its glass roof over 4 meters high, overlooking the oldest church in the city. The apartment is located in the hyper center, next to free parking, on a pedestrian street known for its many restaurants. This accommodation will allow you to access the Château on foot via the banks of the Loire or by walking the streets of the old town.

The pavilion, independent of my house, overlooks the Loire. It's great for a couple's getaway. It is ideal as a base for exploring the roads and paths of the Loire, to visit the countless known castles or lesser-known residences that line it. You will never forget the sunrises over the Loire in the early morning in one of the most beautiful villages of the wild Loire (halfway between Angers and Saumur). You will also have access to an adjoining classroom in which we have created a 3 m x 3 m indoor pool, heated with counter-current swimming. You'll have the option to park 2 vehicles in the yard.
