On the 2nd floor, two small bedrooms in a row and a small shower room. The whole is adjacent to our property. The "Kingfisher" is the perfect place from which to discover the beauty of the Loire Valley. The Loire flows directly by the foot of this two hundred year old house, which is located in the picturesque village of Chênehutte. After a peaceful night’s rest you can go for a bike ride in the countryside, along the Loire, in the forest or simply rest under a parasol while listening to the river and observing its beautiful flora and fauna. Perhaps, if you are lucky, you might even see a kingfisher!

You will also have access to an adjoining classroom in which we have created a 3 m x 3 m indoor pool, heated with counter-current swimming. You'll have the option to park 2 vehicles in the yard.
