This beautiful apartment will offer you comfort, calm and brightness. (5 minutes from the center and 10 minutes from the train station on foot) The two rooms that make it up are served by the magnificent 18th-century spiral staircase shared with our house. Your well insulated part of ours by the stairs consists of: -a living room with equipped kitchenette and a cozy living area. - one bedroom with its 160/200 bed, a shower and a separate toilet. From there, you have access to the shared heated pool from mid-June to the end of August.

Located 1 km from the Bateliers des Vents d'Galerne who offer, among other things, crossings of the Loire on one of their "toues" as part of the Loire à Vélo (free on certain days in summer, reservation at least 48 hours in advance).
