A little expensive still at night despite the calm because towels , sheets , are not included and no washing machine, but ideal for relaxing and so peaceful , a small coffee table would be great for the room to put down your coffee

Everything was great! Location/ house/ kitchen equipment! Location is absolutely great as it is 5 minutes from everything! Just one remark on the mattress for us to soft but it is up to habits! Definitely worth the money!! We will be back for sure ! 👍🙂

What an amazing moment we spent at Les Cèdres! Gorgeous house surrounded by a peaceful park, walking distance to the beautiful city center of Sarlat. Our family is very grateful of the flexibility in check-in and check-out which allowed us to maximize the time we spent together. We must come back!

This was a nice neat and tidy property very well presented. Not too far to walk into the city centre. We would certainly book it again if we should go back to that area.

Andy and Jacqui have a wonderful place. It is very private, clean and has a well equipped kitchen. The whole house is decorated very nicely with a lot of attention for detail. Everything felt very luxurious, I felt like a princess. Andy and Jacqui were very kind and helpful. We didn’t have that great weather but we would love to come back another time.

It was an unforgettable vacation! Villa with a stunning view in complete unity with nature and at the same time 5 minutes drive to the city. Excellent covered terrace with a swimming pool allows you to enjoy nature, silence and fresh air even in rainy weather. The hosts were very responsive and ready to help. This beautiful Gite was perfect for us. We loved the peaceful location, the well kept grounds and the beautiful pool area which we only sometimes shared with the 2 occupants of the smaller gite. Often, we had it to ourselves. Chris and Debbie were really lovely and helpful with lots of recommendations- from markets to local restaurants. They set up a private chat group when we arrived so they could be on call if required and pass on any useful information. Debbie arrived at our door one day as we headed out for a trip with a cool box, which was a lovely gesture . On another day, she arrived at the pool with a jug of chilled sangria. Their lovely friendliness contributed to our enjoyment of this property. As someone who is often a gourmet buffet for local insect life, the mosquito nets over the beds were very welcome. Our girls loved the grounds, including the swing next to the gite, although the pool made it for them. We would happily recommend it to everyone we know.

Very great accommodation. Extremely clean and well-equipped. Pleasant setting. Very good communication and responsiveness, the hosts were accommodating during the stay. I recommend it and hope to return in the summer to enjoy the outdoors.

A real breath of fresh air in a beautiful house, perfect for a weekend with friends and family. The setting is peaceful, the ideal location, and everything is designed to make you feel good. Florence is a lovely host, attentive and always available. It felt like home there… and we already want to come back!

Very good villa in a quite location near Sarlat centre. A little too far to walk to the town centre (steep narrow roads), however Emmanuelle gave us directions to a free car park which was only 2 minutes from the villa and only a 5 minute walk to town. The villa is equipped with a good range of facilities, including dishwasher, large fridge freezer and washing machine. Plenty of kitchen utensils and crockery/cooking pans. There are 4 good sized bedrooms, 3 with en-suite facilities and one with only a bath, which was a little inconvenient as the toilet was outside the room. There is a good gas fired barbeque at the front of the villa with comfortable outside dining facilities. The pool area is very nice and secluded. It has good quality sun loungers and a couple of easy chairs under a gazebo. It was a little too cool to use the swimming pool during our visit, however it should be very pleasant in warmer weather. Everyone had a great time.

Very good stay in Sylvie's house, very close to Sarlat. The house is clean, very well equipped and we enjoyed the indoor and heated pool. Sylvie and Jerome are very welcoming and available. We'll be back without hesitating.

perfect house for stays I highly recommend

We were happy to stay at Marylene's place. Very welcoming host, pleasant accommodation, nothing missing.

Very good stay, Aurore and Stéphane are very kind, smiling, responsive, and both give ideas for visits. We saw a little more often Stéphane who was very good tips on outings (like the best place for the bike☺️), and we were able to enjoy a walk (a little muddy but excellent) in the forest with the new mountain bikes (extra price of course). The sheep are right next door, excellent for children (they were even able to change them from "garden"), slide, swing, petanque court, ping-pong table... In short, everything is there for the days when we don't want to go out for a walk.

We only stayed 3 days without unfortunately being able to enjoy the very beautiful swimming pool due to capricious weather, but enjoyed the many quality appliances, sufficient dishes, etc. The house is very well equipped and very clean. Our host was responsive and attentive to our comfort.

We would recommend this listing, Spacious house following a beautiful renovation, For a large capacity, it's nice to have 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets the games room in the basement allows fun with foosball and ping pong The bowling alley next to the barbecue has convivial moments. Beautiful panoramic view from a terrace at the entrance to the house.
