Completely renovated, it has a bedroom with a double bed, a comfortable living room, an equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom. The apartment is atypical and quiet. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a refreshing experience. From the private parking lot, you will walk through the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.

Our peaceful accommodation is perfect for a getaway with family or friends. The charming house is located in the heart of our Domaine de la Mare, an organic cider estate. Nestled amid our orchards, it offers a relaxing and serene setting. Just 5 minutes by car from Le Mans and 20 minutes by public transport, you’ll be close to hiking trails for nature walks. You can also enjoy the activities that the region has to offer.

Our apartment is located in a small residence, close to the city center, it offers the possibility to move around by public transport very easily. Supermarket, bakery, pharmacy just a 2-minute walk away. The train station is 10 minutes away by tram. It is fully equipped and refurbished. Bright and spacious, opening onto balcony. The sofa opens up to a bed for 2 people.
