We had a great time at Patrick and Elisabeth's, a haven of peace after our busy days at the MotoGP. The accommodation is cozy, tastefully decorated, and it immediately feels like home. The bedding is comfortable, the place is perfectly quiet — no noise, which guarantees total rest. The location is ideal: just 20 minutes from the circuit, while being away from the hustle and bustle. Patrick and Elisabeth are caring, kind and very responsive hosts. Their warm welcome really contributed to the quality of our stay. The pool is a real plus for relaxing, although we would have liked to have more time to enjoy it. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, tranquility and proximity to Le Mans. Beautiful accommodation, we highly recommend it! We had a great time in this green setting in which we were hosted very well by a warm, available and responsive host. The accommodation is very pleasant and functional. The pool area is generously filled with various and varied accessories that delighted young and old 😊 Thanks to our hosts!

We had a very pleasant stay to end the year. Everything was without fail and the services were even superior to the listing and photos (toilet and shower room upstairs, darts games, superb fireplace). Thank you Stéphane for hosting us!

The house is extremely well located, peaceful and close to the Le Mans circuit. Perfect for a Grand Prix or 24-hour weekend. It takes ten to fifteen minutes to get there. The house is well appointed and equipped. The veranda is perfect for spending well-deserved restful evenings after a day of touring. Catherine is a very accommodating and friendly host. The "special" weekend price of the tour is high, like all accommodation in the area, because there are many requests. But the location close to the circuit is a big advantage. On a "normal" weekend the location and accommodation are to be remembered for a very pleasant stay. Thank you to Catherine.

Very functional and well-equipped accommodation. Quietly located not far from the Le Mans circuit where I had to go. The space has everything you need.

Great house, where everything has been thought out for comfort: from the huge garage for several cars, to the kitchen equipment, the comfort of the beds, the decor, in a peaceful neighborhood; Pauline follows us attentively and very courteously to anticipate the slightest problem... but there aren't any!

We were very well hosted by Malika and her husband. Accommodation is nice, quiet and close to the tram. I recommend it and would love to come back if I go back to Le Mans!

We stopped at Cecile's house for a night en route from the UK to the Occitanie region. It was well positioned to reach the Le Mans museum which was why we chose to stop there. The house was clean, had the amenities we hoped for. Cecile was responsive and gave clear instructions for check in and check out.

Stayed here for the week of the 24h Le Mans race 2025 and was pleasantly surprised. The host keeps the property in an immaculate condition and was extremely responsive to any questions we had. Not that we had many as a lot is covered in a message we had before we arrived. The only real issue we had was trying to lock the front door, which we were warned about beforehand. The property is equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine. All of which worked and were easy to use. If you're going to the circuit, one thing I will say is that it's a nightmare trying to get into a packed tram, so make a note of taxi services before you go. Would happily stay here again.

Anthony is a very nice and super flexible host. The place is spotless and the location is great! The accommodation is 15/20 minutes from the circuit and about 10 minutes from the shopping mall! 👌

We had a lovely stay at this quiet, comfortable, and clean apartment. It was perfect for a quick stay during our road trip with convenient and free parking very close. We loved the peaceful outdoor seating area and the host was super quick to respond to questions. The flat was spotlessly clean and stocked with all essentials. We would definitely stay again!
