The trailer is not equipped with a bathroom but you will have a Nordic bath to relax in peace. Also: dry toilet, barbecue, bikes and a small outdoor terrace. Breakfast is included in the nightly rate but you can also have a packed lunch on order before your arrival

Very nice 5 bedroom house in Le Mans near the circuit.

2 minutes from the tram and 5 minutes from the 24-hour circuit (but without the noise of cars), rents very pretty traditional Le Mans house (mancelle), equipped kitchen, bathroom (8m2), 2 toilets, 3 bedrooms (11, 12 and 14M2), 1 office, landscaped garden with SPA. Close to all shops, less than 10 minutes from the city center by tram and 7 minutes from the circuit also by tram.

This is the second time we've stayed at Claire's and we had a very nice weekend again. You will feel very good in this beautiful house, with hosts who will be welcoming and flexible. Don't hesitate if you pass by, you won't regret it!

I recommend this rental, the house and garden are great! We enjoyed the barbecue and hot tub. We were 7 adults and 1 baby and had a great time! Clementine was very welcoming and communication was easy!

Reynald is a charming host, whose house was ideal for our extended family of 3 generations. The house was well equipped with everything that we needed, and there were lots of different areas for us to use and not to be on top of one another. The garden and pool area were lovely. It was unfortunate that the weather wasn’t very good for the first week of our 2 week stay, with a lot of wind and rain, so we were not able to use the outdoor facilities as much as we would have liked. Reynald was very good at checking that everything was ok, and suggesting places that we could visit. We were a little disappointed that most of the shops and places to eat in Roézé-sur-Sarthe were closed, so we had to use the car every time we needed something, rather than being able to walk, for example, to get the bread and croissants for breakfast.
