Our stay was in a quiet neighborhood. We are bikers and the site allows you to park the bike safely. Shops nearby and close to the city of Le Mans. Very quiet neighborhood. Nice, functional and well-laid out house and lovely hosts.

Very functional and well-equipped accommodation. Quietly located not far from the Le Mans circuit where I had to go. The space has everything you need.

Initially, we spoke with Odile who suggested installing an air conditioner in this apartment. Due to climate changes, we agree with her, because it was very hot when we arrived. Fortunately, we were able to ventilate last night. Bérengère and her husband are very nice and were very welcoming. The room is exactly as described, and the location is ideal for discovering Le Mans. We would highly recommend it.

We had a great time at Clifford and Déborah's house, who are very friendly. Very clean and very well-equipped accommodation. It feels like home. Close to everything whether it's the city center or the circuit. The house is suitable for a family. We came as a family with our two children aged 2 and 4. The small gardens are lovely. Thank you.

The stay met our expectations, Nelly and her husband were very available, adapting their schedules to ours for breakfast: what a treat to have fresh bread and croissants in the morning!! Accommodation as advertised, nothing was missing, ideally located between the city and the circuit, perfect for events as it's close to the tram lines. A big thank you to our hosts for this welcome and their advice to make our stay perfect.

We had a great time at Victor's! The accommodation is close to the center of Le Mans, but is located in a peaceful area. We loved spending the evenings on the waterfront terrace. In addition, Victor is welcoming and very friendly! A big thank you! 🙂

well located close to the train station and tram

A peaceful rural setting, but within easy reach of services (there is a fabulous Auchan supermarlet ten minutes drive away). The accommodation is light , very spacious, and comfortably furnished. Christelle was an informative and patient hostess, even when our planned arrival time was thrown into confusion by an hour's delay to our ferry crossing.

We had a 2-night stay as a family in this very well designed and equipped cottage. The hosting was perfect, kindness and availability! We recommend without hesitation!

Great stay spent in this cottage composed of 2 apartments and 3 bedrooms. Shared Terrace & Spa. Oriane was available to inquire or guide us. Beautiful environment with a few animals in a pen just next door. Despite this, the place remains very quiet and we have only rubbed shoulders with a few neighbors hosted at the same time as us. Everything is beautiful and well decorated. A few tables outside. Possibility to make a very nice barbecue. The kitchen is a bit small but sufficiently equipped for a stay for two with outings in the area. Bedding in a very good condition, as well as the crib. Parking nearby. Small grocery store with dishes made of jars that greatly troubleshoot as well as other products (honey, syrup, terrines, beers, ice cream, etc.). In short, an idyllic pied-à-terre to explore the region or chill by the pool and beard!

This apartment is great for Le Mans. its close to the tram system and local shops. It's just off the main drag so its quite yet within reaching distance of the action.
