院子里好多非常漂亮而且古老的树，有个超大鱼池，好多漂亮的鲤鱼，晚上的落日很漂亮，大厨房烧饭有煤气，每天有服务员打扫卫生，收拾院子，傍晚来点蚊香，很多户外桌椅，可以自由选择在不同风景中吃饭喝茶，我们住了7天，外面景点和饭店都不如这里漂亮，真的就是住在风景里的感觉，太喜欢了

We have stayed over a month and Jin was a perfect host. She and her lovely parents helped and assisted us with any need we might have. She helped us renting a car, gave us a ride when she headed to the downtown. She was very kind. We work remotely so the garden and balcony was a peaceful place to work. There was some construction noise during the day, but at night its very quiet. If you are planing a long stay and want to be away from the city you should definitely consider Jin’s house.

The house and the host are amazing. We had an incredible time with my family—it's perfect for a family vacation. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, and everything we needed was provided. The internet is reliable, and there are markets nearby with everything you might need. I truly hope to come back one day. Thank you for sharing your home—it left us with beautiful memories of Chiang Mai and a wonderful time. Grateful and thankful!

We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The house had 2 levels and a garden and that made us feel very at home. De host is very friendly. The location of the house was almost perfect for us. Close to the city (10 min with motorbike) and quiet!! Def recommend!

I recently rent Napapat's house, and overall, my experience was positive. The home was clean and well-maintained. The host utilized the kitchen to cook and dine on the premises, which added a homely touch to the stay. Although I had initially planned for a group of six, we ended up being nine in total. The accommodation was very flexible—they provided additional beds to comfortably fit everyone. We were genuinely happy with the experience and thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Phimon is very proactive and helpful. She accommodated us very efficiently and even suggested places and restaurants to go to 😊 Her place is so clean and comfortable. She even provided us towels and comforters for each one. She also prepared bath soaps and shampoo and bottles of water 🫶 We are so grateful we had an amazing place to rest after a day of tour in Chiang Mai. It is also close to the airport so we did not rush to go back at the airport when we were leaving. This place is highly recommended. 💯

Suhawan & her sister Ning Nong are great hosts. communication was always quick when replying to me. Ning Nong is lovely & met us at the gate & shown us round. the house itself is traditional but has everything you need for a long stay. We were there for a month. The house is as described but bigger than it appears on the pictures. On arrival there was an issue with the shower & when it couldn't be resolved, they immediately ordered & installed a new boiler which was hugely appreciated. Nothing is too much trouble & they both genuinely care & want to ensure you have the best time. The location is amazing, in a small community, the house is surrounded by trees & is really peaceful. as others have mentioned, a 5 minute walk away is a soi full of cafes, restaurants, street food & just about anything else you need. The airport shopping mall is a 20 minute walk away too. Bolt & grab easily available to get around. We had a great stay.

非常漂亮的房子，和自然完美融為一體，房間內一塵不染，非常整潔。管家chabaprai非常的友好親切，她不在的時候她的姪女和朋友也給予了我們最細緻的照顧，這是此行最大的收穫。我們在那裡完成了兩天的會議，來訪的朋友都對房子的環境和設計讚不絕口。房子也非常適合兩三個家庭一起住，有很多可以共同相處的區域，彼此又都有完全獨立的空間。值得推薦

Sunshine House is perfect for those looking for peace and serenity and it was exactly what I needed. It is a little secluded so the options for food if you don't ride a bike or drive a car are limited. However it is easily accessible with Grab or Bolt. The hosts were very friendly and kind, and gave a lot of privacy. Carolyn is super fast in responding to messages and took great care of me. She checked in with me when she didn't see me for a while to ensure I was ok. She even gave me some delicious home made food and snacks and made me feel very welcome and at home. This place really felt like a home away from home. Nana the bigger dog who guards the gate was adorable and loved coming up to me for some rubs. Chacha the adorable little one was feisty and full of character. I have extended my stay here for a little longer and will surely miss it when I leave. I will always remember this cosy home away from home and look forward to coming back again some day.

Very nice modern cosy condo in a nice quiet location. Me and my wife thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. I enjoyed using the gym here which was a bonus if you like that. Getting about from here you do need to have your own transport or use grab caps which are very cheap to have easy access to everywhere.

Really nice flat in calm area. Where everything you need is nearby (big mall, 7…) The flat itself provides everything you need. I can highly recommend

Good value, easy access to Big C supermarket and lots of coffee and street food places close by if you have a scooter. Lin is a sweetheart and I would definitely stay again, my only objection is sometimes the planes being so close by can be a bit disruptive

We had a wonderful time staying at this cozy and clean place. It’s perfect for a short getaway or a road trip stop. The location is also convenient and easy to find, with stable amenities and a relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Ich kann einen Aufenthalt hier nur empfehlen. Gerade wenn man für eine längere Zeit eine ruhige Wohnung sucht. Der Pool und das Fitnessstudio waren klasse. Die Sicherheitsleute waren äußerst freundlich und die gesamte Außenanlage wurde täglich gereinigt. Mit dem Roller oder mit Grab ist alles einfach zu erreichen. Egal ob Flughafen, Innenstadt oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen gerne wieder zurück!

FY was a great host. Her place was clean & well maintained. The sky pool is absolutely awesome and must to visit. We had a great stay at the place. The location is nice to most of the nice eatery and short distance to night market and morning market by bike.

Miss Sippy was so thoughtful to keep the fridge stocked up with water and juice. She also left toothbrush and toothpaste which we find a very nice detail. The unit was big and clean and the area is quiet. We’ve had our most restful sleep here because we mostly chose to stay indoors because the unit was too comfortable.

You are about 20 min from city center. overall nice quiet building. host was very nice!

We had an amazing 5 -day stay at Golf’s in Mar, 2025. The apartment is conveniently located within 15 minutes of all attractions, security is very good, had all the amenities needed and the view and place is superb! Definitely recommend!

An excellent stay! The host was extremely responsive, replying almost immediately to any inquiries. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. The location is highly convenient—just a short walk to Central Airport Plaza shopping mall, Kad Manee Night Market, and Nim City, which offers a supermarket and a variety of dining options. Perfect for both short and long stays.

The place was peaceful and well-equipped, there are food places close by, and convenience store. The only down side was that it got quite hot in the afternoon, but otherwise our stay was very pleasant.
