This place is just like the pics and I loved it! I wanted a peaceful place where I could just relax and I loved the rooftop on the house! The family is incredibly friendly and helpful and immediately makes you feel right at home. Im certainly saving it for future trips!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was very responsive and thoughtful, making the check-in process seamless. The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped, making it feel just like home. The location was great, with plenty of good restaurants and convenience stores nearby. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again in the future!

A great place to stay for us, everything we needed, very good kitchen, comfortable beds, spacious, clean and well equipped. Swimming pool and shopping centre with a wide variety of shops and places to eat all within walking distance. Quiet and friendly neighbourhood. Wandee is a great host, very quick to respond, arranging transport to and from the airport for us, cleaning the house regularly and even providing a motorbike for us to use locally. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

I really enjoyed Pimrats place. Definitely worth the price. I will stay again if I’m in the area. It’s far from the city offers lots of peace and quiet.

The location of the house is very comfortable There is a large yard where you can park your motorcycle and the car bed is also very comfortable next time you come to Chiang Mai will choose here

The apartment is super value for money. It is in a quiet and safe gated neighborhood but also close to the city center. It has everything a family with children needs: air-conditioned rooms, 2 showers and toilets, hot water, a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. Bing was a wonderful host, very nice and helpful. The only thing I didn't know in advance is that the kitchen is outside on a kind of balcony. Which means there is no air conditioning in the kitchen (but there are fans). Overall we had a great time and we recommend Bing and her apartment!

Brilliant stay

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to our host, Lalin, and share our experience here. This was actually my second stay in this stunning and artistically designed villa. The community surrounding it was just as tranquil and peaceful as when I visited last time. Originally, we had planned to stay for six nights, but unfortunately, we encountered a rather serious flooding situation that compelled us to move to a different area. Couldn't stay here longer . The host, Lalin, proactively communicated with me to alter the reservation and suggested checking out a few days earlier. If it hadn't been for her timely intervention, I would have been trapped in the flooding and unable to make it to the airport (as taxis were unable to access the area on the following day). Lalin recommended another area in location unaffected by the flooding, and as a result, everything went incredibly smoothly. I am immensely grateful for her assistance and would highly recommend her as a host.

I rented two houses from the same owner in this lovely neighborhood, and I couldn’t be happier. The owner is incredibly kind, friendly, and very helpful, which made me feel at ease throughout my stay. The price is very reasonable for what you get—the houses are great and well-located. The location is super convenient, close to supermarkets, mini-marts, 7-Eleven, and Lotus’s right outside the village. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. Getting around is easy if you have a car, but even without one, you can use ride-hailing apps. Food delivery is also very convenient since the area is close to the Old City. It’s also near the airport, but surprisingly, there’s no airplane noise at all. I really enjoyed my stay here and highly recommend it!

We had an AMAZING stay! Everything was great from the comfortable rooms to the beautiful pool and the incredible host! The villa was so peaceful and relaxing that none of us wanted to leave! The host went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of! The breakfast that was served every morning was delicious! The beds were big and very comfortable with 5-star hotel linen quality! There was a pool table and many other games to play along with as well as smart televisions to stream movies or music! The location was excellent and we were provided with a van driver to take us wherever we wanted to go for reasonable charge! Overall a great experience and will definitely be back again if ever in Chiang Mai!

The landlord was very helpful and provided detailed directions, so we arrived without any issues. The house is in a quiet location, and it’s quite convenient if you have a car. The interior is clean and tidy, with all appliances and furniture fully equipped, making it very convenient. We had a pleasant ten-day stay here without any problems! Thank you Mai Yee!

Exceptional host. The place itself was obviously great. The pool was even better in person than in the pictures. Great place to be in the heat and perfect for pictures. It fit all 14 of us with plenty of space. I would recommend 10/10 but what really made this place amazing was our host. Hands down best host I’ve ever had. She went above and beyond and made our whole trip smooth and enjoyable. I would stay at any of her properties!

The place was as pictured, just renovated and it looks white and bright.About 3 kilometers from the ancient city, it is convenient to take a taxi, there is a Michelin restaurant and a convenient 7-11 nearby. The room is unexpectedly spacious with a very soft large bed with full kitchen facilities, the host warmly prepared small snacks and drinks for us, we had a pleasant three nights.

The boss lady is very friendly. We have a lot of people and small children. It is not very convenient. The boss lady arranged airport pick-up service for us. The room is clean and hygienic, the environment is beautiful, transportation is convenient, and the value for money. Great! Great! Great! Great!

This place was an excellent deal. Even if it was more expensive it would have been a great deal. Extremely secure, on a small secluded street. Very good street food and restaurants very close to the rental. I will definitely be staying here again when I am back in CM. It is even better than the photos.
