One of the best houses you can find in Chiang Mama, if possible, would be happy to extend for a month. the only thing that caused confusion was the presence of fake books on the shelves. It is worth saying that we met them in all the houses of Chiang Mai, where we stayed. but it's even funny, I've never seen this in my life:)

The property is lovely and spacious with everything you need. There isn't a lot around but we knew this when booking it so it wasn't an issue. There are cameras in the living room and outside by the pool. The cleaning staff entered the property around 9/9.30 when check out wasn't until 11am, luckily we were leaving early to catch a flight so we left not long after they came but we could have still been asleep. It would have also been nice to have had sun loungers by the pool/on the terrace, we ended up buying some lilos so we had something to lay on. But overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

My family and I loved our stay at Amber's villa on a quiet, private compound just a short drive from central Chiang Mai. Cosy bedrooms with very comfortable beds, well-cleaned and maintained bathrooms and kitchen. Excellent swimming pool to take a dip - or a slide! - in to on hot days. Very good air conditioning and appliances. We would stay again.

We had an AMAZING stay! Everything was great from the comfortable rooms to the beautiful pool and the incredible host! The villa was so peaceful and relaxing that none of us wanted to leave! The host went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of! The breakfast that was served every morning was delicious! The beds were big and very comfortable with 5-star hotel linen quality! There was a pool table and many other games to play along with as well as smart televisions to stream movies or music! The location was excellent and we were provided with a van driver to take us wherever we wanted to go for reasonable charge! Overall a great experience and will definitely be back again if ever in Chiang Mai!

The host is really nice, it's also very convenient to have a car, the house is very clean, very cozy, the location is also very good, it's very close to everywhere, it's also very close to the airport, it's very suitable for short and long stays, I don't want to leave, I'll definitely go again next time.

We enjoyed our stay at Amy’s. It was clean and spacious. It was in a quiet area with a beautiful garden area. Amy was incredible responsive and helpful any time we had a question or needed something. I would recommend staying at Amy’s place!

The villa features a modern architectural design with multiple floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking a tranquil swimming pool. The outdoor area is adorned with well-maintained greenery and includes comfortable seating by the pool. Natural light streams into the space, creating an inviting atmosphere.
