Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Saraphi District

Never have I had such a welcoming accommodation. From the very first moment we met, it felt like we are visiting family - and that we are the preferred one who was granted with the most luxurious perfect villa! The hostess and the owner welcomed us warmly when arrived, with the maid helping us with the suitcases. The house was even more beautiful than in the photos. It has all the amenities a family needs for a stay AND MORE. Super strong Wi-Fi, excellent air conditioned. The beds are so comfy with amazing pillows. And all the furniture and design was just top notch. We were very much surprised when we discovered that there is a maid service! Just like in hotel-taking care of cleaning & fixing the beds..and...Laundry! The hostess and the owner, were all the time available for us, for recommendations and whatever was needed-we enjoyed this relationship very much. The location is just super-next to EVERYTHING in a walking distance THANK YOU so much. We will definitely come again

Super super invincible worth staying. The house owner is very friendly. The room is very clean. The bed is also very comfortable. Although it is a shared bathroom, it is very clean. The breakfast is also very delicious. It will be booked again in the future.

Our stay at this Airbnb in Chiang Mai was absolutely wonderful! The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to everything you could need. It’s a spacious place, perfect for a big family, and we felt right at home during our entire stay. The host was fantastic – very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. The beds were comfortable, and the place had plenty of lighting, making it feel cozy and welcoming. We also appreciated how easy it was to find and access the property. One of the highlights was the convenience of having a massage place right next door and a great coffee shop nearby. The budget-friendly buffet breakfast was a bonus, and we loved the affordable swimming option just a short distance away. There’s also a good food store within walking distance, and the area is packed with dining options, so we never had to go far for a delicious meal. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.

I would like to highly recommend this accommodation and the host. If you wanna try some experience out of the old town, it’s a good choice:) 1. It’s a safe area and I feel secure staying there alone. The surrounding area is appealing and quiet. 2. There are some nice cafes and restaurants for food as you need, although the 7-11 is not very close by. 3. It will be a good way to have motor bike to explore around and not so far from anywhere with the motor bike in 30 mins. Except from the big events like lantern festival period, other time would be easy to take a taxi or grab around this area. 4. Many interesting sightseeing spots around or on the way to another destination as recommended from the host. 5.The house is cozy and has everything you might need. 6.The last but the most highlighted point is the host! He is like a superhero with all the helps needed in time. He is intelligent, helpful, and so good at communicating. He also can always come up with wonderful ideas for you.

I booked through Airbnb and stayed for a month. All the staff were friendly and always had a smile on their face. The check-in time was past 1: 00, but the security guard had the key, so I was able to check in comfortably~ They clean once a week and change the towels twice. Large towels It's an old building, but the staff did a good job of maintaining it and keeping it clean. The location of the building was very good. There was no noise in the next room at all, but the dinosaur upstairs was very stressful because it was pounding and doing morning exercises for about an hour at 4 am, but later I thought it was an alarm. The water was especially clean. However, a friend who came in with me said that the filter became dirty in two days. I was supposed to change it in two weeks, and I just used it after changing one filter for a month. If you're not sensitive, I think you can use the shower attached to the shower. One thing that was unfortunate was that the plane on the day of departure was a 00:40 flight, so I didn't want to check out in advance and move with my luggage, so I made a contract until the next day, and I wanted the host to calculate the checkout fee (water and electricity fee) 2 days in advance, but it was that I had to come on the day of departure to calculate it. I was busy, so I said I would calculate the remaining cost a day or two in advance, but he said I shouldn't and canceled the appointment, so I came at 3 pm to pay and stayed in the accommodation until after 9 pm. I wish it was a little more flexible~

Spectacular facility with all kinds of space with pools and building with other amenities as listed. Very peaceful, quiet and family/kid friendly. Good security. Plenty of room for one or two people. Great television and Wi-Fi with balcony views. I find most beneficial is a comfortable sofa for 2 to relax watching television or conversation. Huge mall next door. Actually more like an 8-minute walk to the mall over a footbridge and small canal. Besides the mall there isn't much within short walking distance, but the mall has most anything you need anyways. Other than that you'll need taxi or some transportation beyond. In final analysis this facility I highly recommend.

The location is 10 minutes by taxi from the airport, there are many food nearby, there is a 711 convenience store.The only downside is that the pillows are not clean

This is the place I'd like to come again. I had a nice stay at Nimman for a week.

The host was very welcoming and responsive, making our stay comfortable and pleasant. The house was clean and equipped with all the necessary kitchenware. While the shops are a bit far, they are reachable on foot or by bike. The village is quiet and perfect for a relaxing getaway with a small group.

If you want to be off the beaten path immersed in nature, this is it. North, our main point of contact, was absolutely amazing. I can’t praise her enough. She was always available and helped us plan our activities. She even took us on an unbelievable hike and then to one of her favorite local restaurants. It would not have been the same without her. We definitely made a friend for life. Thanks North!

Nice to meet the host, Miss Roxy, a very high-energy girl. She recommended attractions, Michelin restaurants, and temples with spiritual energy, hahaha. The house is quaint, just the way I like it and what I expected! There are many antiques in the house that Roxy bought back from her travels around the world. You can see that she has put a lot of effort into the house. She is a girl who loves life! The energy and magnetic field in this house are very nourishing. Love!

I was blown away by the beautiful decor and thoughtful amenities at Rui’s home. Every detail was perfect, from the stylish furnishings to the fully equipped kitchen. It was a true home away from home.

The villa was beautiful and provided so much peace for my trip. It was even better than the pictures. The on-site team was amazing, especially Pisit (5 stars for Pisit)!! After my stay, I am already planning my next trip to Chiangmai and will be staying at this beautiful home again.

The host is amazing! No kidding. She literally provides everything I needed, from day to day car service, travel spot recommendation to even pcr test! I have a 18month old baby with me and she instantly buys a baby bed for him. The house is amazing too. We had a housekeeper and she cooked great cuisines. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone coming to chiangmai.
