Monthly Rentals in São Roque

This place is spacious and close to malls bars and anything you could need during your stay. Definitely worth the cost I would stay again.

Very well located space in the center of São Roque. Close to restaurants, markets, pharmacies, bus station and the Wine Route. The condominium is quiet. The space was enough for two people. Strengths: The bed linen and towels were good, the shower pressure is great and the water is very hot. Points that can improve: the shutter is very complicated to raise/lower, making it difficult to open the window and the internet in general left something to be desired. Even though it was connected to the network cable, the TV network went down several times and the cell phone connection was not the best. Overall, the stay was great. Flávio was very helpful and polite.

Staying at Fernanda's was great. The apartment is perfect for 1 person, even if you have lots of stuff with you like I did. Fernanda was always very responsive and made sure to solve all the small problems I had very quickly. She made the experience so much better because of how friendly she is. There's a supermarket, gym and restaurants nearby, a big avenue with buses that go everywhere and if you prefer to the an Uber, it takes you quickly to the most central/relevant places. The apartment has everything you need for a long stay in terms of appliances and furniture so it's very handy. I'd highly recommend staying at this apartment if you're visiting São Paulo. The only negative point I found in the apartment is that it's too hot in there (but they're trying to get permission to put the AC so it should be better soon!).
