A 120-m² (1,292 sq. ft.) house is located, surrounded by a fence, in a private 3,000-m² (7.4 acres) area.

It is a great option to escape São Paulo, with an area of 30.000 m2. It's a small (50m²) and simple house, but it has everything you need. The house has an en-suite and a living room attached to a kitchen. In front, we have a balcony with a hammock and 1 washing machine. It is located inside a farm where we live and where there is also another new and larger house listed on the platform (a piece of paradise 2). Very close to the wine route. When the two houses are booked, the pool must be shared, with 2 islands of tables and chairs, one on each side

Our ranch is a great option for lodging, leisure, rest, vacationing, or even working from home. For those seeking peace and quiet away from the big city, in a calm and peaceful place, enjoying nature, breathing fresh air, walking on the grass, waking up to the sound of birds.
