Vacation rentals with a hot tub in São Roque

Rodrigo is a great host! Super nice people, attentive and flexible! The house is wonderful: very clean, organized and comfortable, exactly as shown in the photos. We had a great stay. The only observation is in relation to the parking space, which is on a very steep slope, so it is good to have some skill to park. Everything else is perfect! I highly recommend it!

The house is delicious, better than the photos. There is a lot of tranquility, comfort and peace in the residence. The kitchen is very well-equipped, and the bed and bath linens are fragrant. We had a wonderful weekend. The hosts were receptive and helped us with local recommendations. We loved it! I hope to come back again and again.

The house was organized at check-in! - The space has only a small freezer in the barbecue area and the refrigerator, which can be limited for those staying longer. - The Wi-Fi signal did not reach the farthest rooms well. - The refrigerator door is not closing properly. - In the pool area, we missed having an umbrella. - The intercom doesn't work, which required us to go downstairs whenever someone arrived— which can be a little inconvenient for groups arriving at different times. Overall, the house is very good and met our needs. With minor adjustments and preventive maintenance, the experience can get even better!

The house is amazing, maybe even better than in the photos. Very spacious, beautiful, with several leisure items, plenty of bedding. Unfortunately, we were unable to use the hot tub due to setbacks that did not allow it to work. Excellent cost-benefit and very close to SP!

We spent the carnival family , and everything was perfect .. The house is exactly the same as the ad , easily accessible , for those who do not like to leave the house to go in long markets, there is a market near the condominium and you find everything in it . It is hard to put in words how amazing it was to stay with Beth. First of, she has a heart of gold, by far the best host I met through airbnb. She was always available when I needed anything and promptly responded to my requests. I felt completely at home at her place. Truly like a home out of home. The garden is a delight, an oasis of beauty and peace. The neighborhood is amazing, full of great shops, restaurants and bars, yet the house was very quiet. The accommodations far succeeded my expectations. I will definitely come back here when staying in Sao Paulo. Thank you so much, Beth for an unforgettable stay!

Adilson is a superhost with a full hand, he is kind, quick to respond, helpful, it was excellent! The house was super clean, well equipped, everything working, with stove, oven, microwave, sandwich maker, hairdryer, etc., everything as in the photos. It has a good barbecue and an excellent heated whirlpool, fits 4 people. It has two bathrooms, a very good internal one, the other is external and smaller, it even has a shower but it does not have a box separating it from the toilet. The house is located within a condominium with a very nice clubhouse with a swimming pool, game room and fitness equipment. The site has good access despite having a stretch with a dirt road. The houses in the condominium are very close but it is very calm and quiet, except for the train that passes by whistling even during the night.

Second time staying at the home of Carolina and Pablo. The condominium is safe, very close to São Paulo, making it an easy getaway for good times. The house is beautiful, has different spaces that allow different activities, for those who need silence/privacy and for those who want to enjoy TV/swimming pool without getting in the way. Even on a cold, rainy day, the jacuzzi was perfect for fun with friends. The house is well equipped, the number of rooms serves a lot of people who do not want to rent spaces that only work with bunk beds. Communication with Pablo and Tatiana was easy, fast and efficient. I recommend and hope to come back!

In a gated community with a guardhouse and security in a huge area, We found the cabin wide open, in a lush, inviting, harmonious landscape, It's one of those places to call "yours"

Beautiful cabin! Calm and peaceful moment, both inside and outside the cabin... it has everything you need for the kitchen, everything is very well marked and with instructions, there was even a heater in the bed! Very careful, incredible! Great for enjoying the wine route and a rest in São Roque!

Our stay was perfect! The space is huge and even more beautiful in person than in the photos. Completely private, cozy and in the middle of the woods. We traveled with our dog and we were able to leave her off the leash, confident that the place is well fenced. Marcos prepared a beautiful decoration and treats for our reception, in addition to the cabin having all the spices, utensils and appliances (air fryer, fondue pan, coffee maker). Everything in excellent condition, always looking new. The beds are double, but they are very comfortable, with blankets, plenty of pillows and even a bathrobe. The hot tub on the deck is the highlight of the accommodation! We'll be back more often for sure!
