The view is beautiful, especially at sunset, and the atmosphere is very cozy. The host was always very helpful and attentive throughout the stay. I recommend it to everyone looking for comfort and a good location!

The apartment is great. Super comfortable with beautiful decor. Close to strategic points. Safe. I highly recommend it. For those who are sensitive to light, the lack of blackout in the windows can be a problem. So that this aspect would not take away the shine of the refinement of the accommodation, I was offered a blindfold, of great quality. An easy and practical way to resolve the issue. I appreciate the sensitivity of the hosts.

We loved the stay! The apartment is amazing — spacious, well decorated and with a simply spectacular balcony, offering a privileged view of São Paulo. The bed is super comfortable, and both the kitchen and laundry room are very well equipped, which makes everyday life much easier. The location is excellent, close to the best bars and restaurants in Pinheiros. The host was extremely attentive and friendly throughout the experience. It is worth mentioning that, because it is in a busy building, it is possible to hear some noise from the elevator at night — nothing that compromised our experience. An ideal place for couples seeking comfort, style and a breathtaking view.

Mohammed was very helpful and kind, allowing us to leave our luggage at the accommodation before check-in. The apartment is beautiful, charming, well decorated and super functional for 2 people. The only point for those who are bothered by brightness when sleeping: despite having blackout, the curtains do not completely cover the window and let a beam of light into the apartment, but nothing that an eye patch does not solve!

Besides Tarcísio's friendliness, what surprised me most was the building's security — impeccable! The loft is complete and very well equipped: brand new kitchen utensils, a comfortable space for a home office and a rare tranquility to be found in São Paulo. Everything was extremely clean and organized. The shining refrigerator, new and functional appliances, and clearly and practically laid out instructions for use helped a lot during the stay. The windows provide beautiful views and the sunset is simply stunning! One detail that makes all the difference is the grocery store inside the building: easy to use, accessible and super practical. Cleanliness was another highlight: pleasant aroma right at the entrance, impeccable environments, spare trash bags available... everything thought out with great care and attention to detail. An excellent experience in every way. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

Very nice apartment with a very good location too! Easy check-in and a very welcoming and attentive host. Just an important note: depending on the route you take, the GPS may direct you through the favela.

The apartment is as beautiful as in the photos, a beautiful view of the city. Super quiet location, easy to access. Plenty of activity in the area, close to the market, subway station, and restaurants. Close to the region's nightlife, but on a quiet and peaceful street. Very happy with the stay, we hope to return on other occasions.

The apartment is very well organized, with all the items described in the listing. Extremely quiet condominium, with an excellent pool. Quick and practical check-in directly with the building's concierge. Excellent location, with Shopping Frei Caneca about a 5-minute walk and Higienópolis-Mackenzie station about a 7-minute walk. I recommend it! You can go without fear that you will like it!
