Kid-friendly vacation rentals in São Lourenco Beach

Our stay at Janine's was wonderful. The house is large, well airy, with full kitchen, and arrangement of ideal rooms for families. We love that even sun umbrellas and beach chairs were available for use. In an isolated case we need to consult Janine, the answer was in a few minutes. Janine also has a support network if necessary. All of this is provided after the final confirmation of the reservation, very well detailed. I recommend and plan our return!

The house is wonderful, impeccable and beautifully decorated. It has all the kitchen items, very complete! The host, Paulo, is super attentive and responds quickly — we had a small issue with the TV and he promptly resolved, changing the device. The house is safe, cozy and also offers chairs and parasol for the beach. The pool is small, but enough to cool down. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, in a quiet neighborhood. It was all great! The host has been careful in every detail.

The house has a great size, super clean, organized. We didn't care if it was close to the beach so it worked super well! Communication with Ederson and great! And Fabio that welcomes us is very kind and cordial! We'll definitely be back! We love it!

Karin responds to everything quickly and kindly. She is an excellent host, so much so that this is the second time I've been to the house and I loved the experience again. It is a very special place, with a delightful backyard, barbecue, hammock for resting, all excellent utensils for use. Several other things like salt, sugar, cleaning products, cloths, mop, bedding, great pillows, fans, even medicine to ward off mosquitoes. Wonderful shower, the beach is my favorite place, very safe, my children are free! The water was delicious, warm, super clean. It's a paradise! Thank you Karin again for the great experience. We love it! And we'll be back!

I thought it was amazing, a perfect house and condo. Edson's house is next to the pool, making it easy for you to keep an eye on my daughters. The very clean and organized space we love the barbecue in the kitchen, man that was so perfect. I highly recommend and hope to return as soon as possible.

We stayed in 6 adults and 2 children, I believe it is the exact measure for comfort. There are 3 suites , the bathrooms/bedrooms are relatively small and only one has tv. There is another room but it only fits 1 person , and there is a bathroom next to it. All the air was working perfectly and the ap was ready when we arrived, very clean and tidy. The entrance to the beach is across the street , very close. A quiet region for a week, even though it is close to the mall and pasted with maremonti and backyard of the pizza. On the beach 8 chairs and two parasol every day is available. In the building there is an ice machine, a play area and a mini gym, in addition to the swimming pool. I found it great cost-benefit when it comes to hosting 8 people. Com ctz would host me again. The hosts have always been helpful and have served us very well.

ESPETACULAR! Maria Carla and Rodolfo are excellent hosts! Very friendly, lovely people! They were very clear in the information and very flexible regarding the checkout. The house is exactly as the photos show, a cozy place, extremely clean and very well equipped. I was delighted with the whim of all the details. Clean and smelling bed and bath linens. The condominium structure is excellent, my children loved the playground and enjoyed a lot in the heated pool. We only have to thank for the great service. We look forward to returning soon!

Very well equipped apartment, with everything you need for stay (airfryer,toaster,sandwich maker,blender,kettle,microwave,coffee maker, washing machine and many other items) You really don't have to worry about a thing ; you have there at the apt. Estadia was excellent, good location, clean decoration, great showers, new pillows, very good condominium structure. Great balcony with barbecue, air conditioning in all rooms We were very pleased with the days we spent in the apt! Sandro served us promptly and warmly whenever we need to speak.

Excellent accommodation, very beautiful, clean and has everything you need for a very comfortable and cozy stay. Everything was very clean and organized in the apartment. The Condominium is also wonderful. All the time we see employees cleaning the common areas and taking care of the gardens and swimming pools. At night, everything is well lit up. Spirits singing nearby are an additional touch to the venue. Maria Carla and Rodolfo are very helpful and friendly, from the moment of the reservation until the departure of the apartment, passing all the necessary information for a quiet stay. Check-in without difficulty, helpful and cordial staff, host with good communication, spacious apartment with great structure, necessary utensils for a good stay. We felt well accommodated, the structure of a cozy family atmosphere. Check-out without difficulty. I think it's ideal for a family experience.
