Amazing apartment in a brand new building, with sophisticated and functional decor. Our winter home that we offer to guests in the summer. Split air-conditioning. 240Mb Wi-Fi. 60" TV in the living room and 35" in the bedrooms. Cooktop, electric oven, microwave. Refrigerator and freezer. Fully equipped kitchen and pantry. Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer. 1 suite with queen-size bed and 1 bedroom with bathroom and two box beds. Gourmet balcony enclosed with glass, with barbecue and extra beverage refrigerator.

The apt is very cozy and can take large groups or families who want to rest and enjoy the sun. You will have coffee looking at the beach. Our building offers daily beach service, which includes tents, chairs and tables set up for our guests. Our building is 5 min away from the shops and supermarket

Magnificent View, really right on the sand!!!!

The apartment is right on the beach with a magnificent view of the garden and the sea. It is approximately 100 steps from the sea! We have been renting the apartment on Airbnb for over 9 years. We have had more than 300 families stay with us. Maximum Airbnb rating! Over this time, we have gained expertise in welcoming guests. We have contracts with a laundry service, an air conditioning company, and a handyman. The cleaning staff is excellent.
