The apartment is a delight, very safe, comfortable beds, fragrant linens and towels, very good showers. It accommodates 3 people very well, great location, close to Paulista and two subway stations. The bakery in front of the hotel is a marvel in itself. Hotel offers breakfast and lunch, charged separately. We felt very comfortable and hope to return soon.

We had a very pleasant stay at Tiago and Bruno's apartment: great location, beautiful place and some enjoyable amenities in the building! Totally worth it.

Very kind host, answered quickly when I had any questions, a very good location, comfortable, the showers are very hot and good, I liked that it had two bathrooms, I have more privacy to share with the people who were with me, safe place and very well located, I went to go to a show in Morumbi, and the location was great, I'll be back other times if possible.

My stay at Walter's home was excellent! He was extremely kind and attentive throughout the stay. The space is very comfortable, well maintained and with a privileged location, close to Ibirapuera Park. I'll definitely host again!

Super tidy apartment, with all the kitchen items to make snacks, clean and smelling bed and bath linen. The place is very nice, close to bars, restaurants and markets. We walked to the MASP and strolled through Paulista. Although the apartment is close to trendy places, the street is very quiet and without noise. The hostess is very attentive and provided all the information so that our stay would be even more enjoyable. We intend to return soon!

The apartment was perfect for 5 adults. Clean and modern. Easy walk to Avenida Paulista, lots of good restaurants. The curved driveway in front allowed for easy loading and unloading of baggage and passengers from Ubers.

The observation I have is in relation to the bathing area, as the shower is on a bathtub that is slippery. In this case, I do not recommend it to someone at increased risk of falling. In addition to all of this, Gabriela is solicitous, responsive, polite and very friendly. The space is located in a hotel behind a mall, on a street parallel to the avenue of São Paulo. The location is wonderful, close to everything (subway, supermarket, bakeries, bars…), it's just perfect. I don't think twice about returning and staying in the same location.
