The Flat was impeccable, is well located one block from the beach, we do not use the car for nothing, everything very close, market, pharmacy, shopping (everything) . Super recommend

Gustavo's place is excellent. The communication was very good and the apartment matches what's in the photos. The restaurant is very nice (it's much better than Maremonti's food). Flat near the beach, ice available for the cooler, beach service, swimming pools. Everything was great!

Host is very polite and thoughtful. Mr. Antonio welcomed us very warmly, always helpful. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, with everything nearby: bakery, supermarket, pharmacy… very convenient! The only point that deserves attention is the elevators and the process to remove the car from the parking lot at the time of departure. But I believe this is due to the great movement because of the national holiday. Overall, the place delivers what it promises and is really worth it!

Apartamento complies with the announcement and communication with Wady was otima , always answering the questions quickly, a point that left to be desired was the slowness of the elevators , the building has 03 elevators and 01 was broken taking a long time to get around. Overall we were very satisfied with the stay

Wonderful experience, we were in 4 people and the flat served us perfectly with great comfort…Just as in the photos and descriptions, close to the beach and the building has a wonderful condominium with swimming pools and full leisure area, also has beach service and a restaurant in the building that made our stay very much easier, I highly recommend and would return!!!

The Apartment is very cozy and nicely decorated and equipped. The hot tub is a differential. The condominium structure is complete and the reception service is efficient. Good location, the apartment is very close to the beach for walking and has several shops around. The host is so friendly and responds fast, fluid communication. I didn't have any access or other issues. I will certainly return to this location.

Great location and space. The town of Agraded me and my girlfriend a lot. The negative point was only in relation to the elevator of the condominium, which often fails, so much so that it left us imprisoned for about 8 minutes, as the door did not open completely, and it was necessary to call to help us in the situation.

Great apartment very well equipped and all in great condition. Perfect air-conditioning in the living room and bedroom. The excellent balcony closure enlarges the room space. Building in a great location with garage and housekeeper working from Monday to Saturday. Special highlight for the maid Simone Regina who served us with great sympathy. My only repair refers to the bed: small (standard couple) and with an uncomfortable mattress. An apartment of this category would be perfect with a queen size bed. In addition, everything is great.

The accommodation was excellent. The property was very clean, everything was very tidy and equipped. It had kitchen utensils for us to make whatever we needed. Everything worked perfectly. There were beach chairs and umbrellas for us to use. There was even a washing machine in case we needed it. In addition, the hosts were very nice to us. I recommend it 100%
