Safe, lots of do, awesome beaches, great people. There's an awesome brewary walking distance as well. My vacation spot from here on out!

The second time we have hosted with Nilson place is perfect for spending time with family. Nilson always very attentive, and was able to flex our entry and exit times of the apartment , local and close to the beach , market, pizzeria and the quiet beach with infrastructure We love our stay once more!!!

Our stay at the apartment was amazing!! The photos match reality, the apartment was clean, we didn't miss any utensils, as it had everything we needed. The location is perfect!! We will definitely be back! Gislene is very kind!!

ESPETACULAR! Maria Carla and Rodolfo are excellent hosts! Very friendly, lovely people! They were very clear in the information and very flexible regarding the checkout. The house is exactly as the photos show, a cozy place, extremely clean and very well equipped. I was delighted with the whim of all the details. Clean and smelling bed and bath linens. The condominium structure is excellent, my children loved the playground and enjoyed a lot in the heated pool. We only have to thank for the great service. We look forward to returning soon!

Excellent apartment, complete, accommodated my family and friends very well, we were 7 people, 2 couples, 1 teenager and 2 three children. Location also very good, close to the beach, bicycles for rent and shopping. Building with a complete infrastructure with a barbecue area near the pool, sauna and tennis court. I would stay again on another occasion.

Excellent accommodation, very beautiful, clean and has everything you need for a very comfortable and cozy stay. Everything was very clean and organized in the apartment. The Condominium is also wonderful. All the time we see employees cleaning the common areas and taking care of the gardens and swimming pools. At night, everything is well lit up. Spirits singing nearby are an additional touch to the venue. Maria Carla and Rodolfo are very helpful and friendly, from the moment of the reservation until the departure of the apartment, passing all the necessary information for a quiet stay. This was our second accommodation in this apartment (the previous one was two years ago), and it was great to repeat the choice! The architecture of the condominium is special, very well cared for and with attentive staff. Located next to a walking forest, in a quiet area of the Riviera. Offers beach service and ice machine. The apartment corresponds to the description and photos of the listing, the linen and towels offered by the hosts are of great quality, comfortable mattress and pillows, well-equipped kitchen, washer, renovated bathrooms. The rooms are spacious, which makes the space very pleasant even on a rainy day, without the feeling of "confinement" (own experience;-)). We made all the meals on the terrace, with the view to the landscaping of the condominium. The hosts are very attentive and friendly, quickly responding to our messages.

When we arrived the apartment was not clean, as the host had a problem with the cleaning lady, but took the blame and called another cleaning lady to clean the apartment. Arthur was cordial and resolved the disorder. Apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, the beds we use were good and the photos and description match the reality. Very good location for those who want to enjoy the beach and the condominium tbm has a very nice structure. We'll be back! I recommend it!

Raquel was a great host! The space is super cozy, clean, consistent with all that is described in the listing. New Apartamento, with all the equipment for use during the stay. We were greeted with great whim in every detail. I highly recommend and we will definitely return!

We were 21 people including 7 children, giant house 7 en-suites enough for the privacy of each couple, everyone was delighted with the house, simply identical to the photos it seemed surreal, everything we needed was available Mrs. Ivete and Mr. Gilson extremely polite and welcomed us very well, the ideal beach for children super quiet, we hope to return soon🙏

My family and I really liked the space, matching the photos and description. Comfortable house, with all the utensils described. The only thing that was not very interesting is that we had a very cold weekend, and the pool water did not heat up much, but I believe it is not a structural problem but due to the weather. The house is great and our stay was quiet, everything went as expected.

Our stay was excellent, the house has a great structure, everything clean and organized. Upon arrival we were greeted with pampering, we really felt at home! The only mismatch we had was that in the ad the pool was heated when in practice it is cooled, however this fact was overcome, the house has a lot of resources! Not to mention that Riviera is always very good! We will definitely be back and if possible in the same house! In addition, we can't fail to mention Esther, the person indicated by Fernanda who made us even more comfortable! Anyway! Great stay!

I loved my stay at home! The atmosphere is very cozy, very clean and exactly like in the pictures. The location is great, with easy access to markets and restaurants. The host was super attentive and responded quickly whenever I needed it. I highly recommend and would definitely return!
