Our space is 50 meters from the beach of Riviera de São Lourenço and 300 meters from the beach of Itaguaré, that is, exactly between both. The neighborhood is safe, with São Lourenço beach lit up at night. It has restaurants, pizzarias, gastro bar c live sound, bakeries, pharmacy, ice cream, grocery stores and bike rentals on the beautiful Itaguare beach.

We have infrastructure with market , drugstore ,ice cream, pizzeria, bars, bakery, shops ,church and UPA 24hs (private),where there is no need to leave the condominium , except to visit other beaches and take the tours .
