Just 300 meters from the beach, in a gated community with 24-hour security, just leave your car in our parking lot and enjoy everything on foot and very close by. It's not just an en-suite, but an en-suite with a full kitchen! You can make all your meals and save a lot with this. All suites have separate entrances. Only the pool and outdoor area are shared.

Welcome! Between 12/28 and 1/2/26 we will accept reservations with a minimum of 5 nights. Breakfast and linen bed and bath included. Our space is 50 meters from the beach of Riviera de São Lourenço and 300 meters from the beach of Itaguaré, that is, exactly between both. The neighborhood is safe, with São Lourenço beach lit up at night. It has restaurants, pizzarias, gastro bar c live sound, bakeries, pharmacy, ice cream, grocery stores and bike rentals on the beautiful Itaguare beach.

The condominium is closed the security is our great privilege, with monitoring of cameras and vigilantes. We have infrastructure with market , drugstore ,ice cream, pizzeria, bars, bakery, shops ,church and UPA 24hs (private),where there is no need to leave the condominium , except to visit other beaches and take the tours .
