The house is amazing, very good structure, spacious rooms, comfort and very beautiful. Everything was very clean and organized when we arrived. Jimmy is a great host, he was flexible, understanding and always able to provide any help that was needed. I recommend the house and the beach to everyone and hope to return soon.

The house is cute, super functional, well located and close to several services that we may need during a trip… Not to mention the wonderful beaches that are very close by car! We'll definitely be back more often!

Patrícia's house is very good, but it needs some renovations, such as painting on the outside. One of the bathrooms does not have a box, and the rooms do not have mirrors. The house utensils are reasonable, but all cups are acrylic. We missed a water filter because it was very hot, and the gallon water was not enough. On the other hand, there are plenty of mattresses, which was a plus. There is no space to store the purchases. The kitchen has only a small shelf, which made it difficult to organize food. The pool is excellent, and the pool was present every day for cleaning. However, the outdoor light from the pool was burned, which hindered the use at night. I informed Patrícia about the problem, but I did not get a return on the solution. Overall we had a great stay. The beach is wonderful, and the condominium is excellent, with restaurants, super market, bakery and pharmacy. The house is approximately 4 km from the concierge.

It exceeded our expectations! Marco was super requested, very attentive and made us very comfortable. You gave important tips to have a perfect stay! The 3 suites have air-conditioning working well and clean, provided us with good nights of sleep. Clean bedding, good mattresses, hot shower, everything perfect. The kitchen has everything, very well-equipped, and at the barbecue there is a second refrigerator, which was very useful to us. Internet works very well. In the pool area and barbecue loses a little sign, but for those who are in this area I recommend that you do not use the smartphone and enjoy what the space has to offer to the sides of your companies. The condominium is too much! It's a nature immersion experience, just bring a good repellent that's all right. The employees of the condominium are exemplary, they gave us all the attention, very polite and attentive. The location is great, easy access to the beaches, close to markets, bakery, Jequitimar, etc. We will definitely be back.

I loved it, we went with a couple of friends and we all loved the place, exceeded expectations, extremely close to the trail I went to make, close to several great beaches, I loved the pool. All perfect! We were welcomed very well, a lot of attention and affection, various tips from places to order food, all perfect.

amazing place covered by nature , when we arrived clean pool and super sanitized rooms. The first day was a little complicated because the refrigerator was not freezing. soon he called a technician and the other day for the 14:00 hrs was working. It was super fast thanks God because we were with plenty of freezer stuff. plus it was all communicated to him and he responded super attentive . Outside that the place is amazing he super solved our problem was satisfactory for both parties . I loved my stays there. I took kids and they super enjoyed. Beautiful beaches nearby , market , restaurants . I really wanted to have gone to the trail that has on an island that only has access through the condo. more unfortunately it was with children so I recommend it if I recommend not to take children to the full. amazing home people super recommend, sure I will get it there again. The house is just like the pictures! Everything was clean, air-conditioned in every room, TV and other items working perfectly. The street is quiet, and the Almir and Brunno were super attentive from start to finish. I recommend it!

The house is very nice, two comfortable and air-conditioned rooms working very well (it made all the difference in those very hot days!), the pool has a great size and the water was in the perfect temperature to cool off without being cold. The barbecue area integrated into the pool and backyard environment allows a lot of mobility while we prepare the barbeque. We took our dogs and the two were able to run a lot and safely because everything was surrounded. As a point of improvement: a more modern smartTV in the room, as it was difficult to access the streaming services (the Wi-Fi signal was great, the problem was with the TV)

Bruna and Adrya were great. Flexible check-in, very well located, clean and very comfortable house with all essential utensils, close to supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, beach, gas station, access to the road. 20 minutes from Riviera de São Lourenço. We love it, we will definitely be back.

We love hosting! Fabio is very attentive and helpful, he made sure that we were very comfortable. We took our two pets and the place is safe for them, we were calm in letting them go to the beach for example. With lawn, gate tightly closed. Great! In fact, there is a beach near which we may take them. The hut is great, clean, air-conditioned, comfortable and had everything exactly as advertised. We love it!!

Wonderful stay with family. House clean, all in order, the house equal the photos, even bigger than the photos. Towns and large bedrooms, air-conditioned, large kitchen, with all the utensils we needed. Amazing pool, sun goes all day, the water gets hot until night. Silent neighbors, quiet, clean place, close to the beach. Valeria extremely receptive and Mauricio always supporting what we needed. Can rent without fear , wonderful house!!!

I highly recommend this house especially for large groups. There were 14 of us, we used the 5 rooms and were very comfortable.

What an amazing experience we had at Regina's place! It was our first time using Airbnb, and after staying with Regina, we are looking forward to always choosing this type of accommodation from now on. The apartment was spotless, with very tasteful decor, full of pampering. It had everything we needed, including utensils to prepare any meal we wanted. On the corner, there was a very accessible supermarket, where we found everything, chopped fruits, breads, dishes and ready-made meats. The location allowed us to explore all the neighboring cities we wanted to visit. We left with renewed energy to work harder and be able to enjoy this experience again in the future. In addition, the condominium offered excellent amenities, such as a sauna, fitness center and indoor and outdoor pool, all very well maintained and clean.
