Excellent! Condominio e casa very well taken care of. Security Feeling is clear. Family location. Very well-distributed house, with everything you need. Marcelino always willing to help and flexible with some needs we had. We definitely intend to go back.

My stay at the house was great! The house was in great condition. The Wi-Fi connection was stable and fast, which was a big plus for me, as I worked during the period. The location is great, with the beach within driving or walking distance. In addition, the proximity to nature was one of the highlights of our stay. We spotted several birds of the Atlantic Forest, including a blood tie up close. One point to note is that the whirlpool service is charged separately. Depending on the weather conditions, it may not be worth it, but it's still an interesting option to relax. As a suggestion for improvement, it would be great if more kitchen utensils were available. However, this did not diminish the quality of our stay. The house is really very good and I intend to return soon!

For walking or driving to Pernambuco, which is one of the cleanest and most beautiful beaches on the coast. The forest next to it is bélissima, adds a breath-taking view. Certainly the most beautiful place I've ever stayed in. The quiet and safe condo has everything close by, be it supermarket or restaurants. Had enough ventilators in the room to make it pleasant in a warmth of 29th to 30th. I want to go back for sure !

Excellent accommodation, very beautiful, clean and has everything you need for a very comfortable and cozy stay. Everything was very clean and organized in the apartment. The Condominium is also wonderful. All the time we see employees cleaning the common areas and taking care of the gardens and swimming pools. At night, everything is well lit up. Spirits singing nearby are an additional touch to the venue. Maria Carla and Rodolfo are very helpful and friendly, from the moment of the reservation until the departure of the apartment, passing all the necessary information for a quiet stay. The home of Carolina offers the best of both worlds: it is close to the beach, where it rolls quite agitated and is a delight to spend the day, while at the same time it offers a place surrounded by nature enough to be a refuge within another. In addition, the house is equipped with all the utensils we need, which made it very easy to just enjoy the space. Finally, air-conditioning in all the rooms is a differential, because the summer nights have been hot. Would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

I was at Ger's house on the holiday from April 18 to 21, 2025, I stayed with 15 more adults and 2 children and we had a wonderful experience! The house exceeded expectations! It was very clean and organized, had everything we needed for a good stay, the pool was very clean! Easy access, quiet place and most importantly: very safe! The condominium has a great view of the mountains, in the vicinity there are supermarkets, bakeries, butcheries and many bars and cafeterias... Gerson, our host, was always very helpful, every time I looked for him he answered me promptly and was always very kind and understanding. He answered all my questions quickly and patiently, clearing up all my doubts and always assuring me that we would like it and yes, we liked it very much! We will definitely rent Gerson's house again, as we had a great experience with the house and the host. Oh! And with the Airbnb platform too, very transparent! Thank you Gerson!

Excellent apartment, with all the utensils, great beach service, super attentive building staff, apart from the ice machine that helps a lot and the heated pool that is great on the way back from the beach. Guilherme is extremely helpful and attentive. We'll be back for sure.
