Wonderful apartment in module 26 of the Riviera de Sao Lourenço. Air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, comfortable mattresses, gas barbecue! Very equipped with all that you need! Full leisure area with heated pool and cold pool, tennis court, sauna, toy library, playground, lots of green area next to nature. Inside the condominium there is a mini grocery too!! Township of the mall and less than 1 mile from the beach.

I traveled with my family and loved our stay. Prior to booking, hosts were super attentive and answered all of our inquiries and requests, including proactively. The apartment is very comfortable and the condominium is excellent, with a great infrastructure and very attentive staff. The instructions and reception were also excellent. We plan to return soon!!!

Very nice! Communication with Renata was excellent. Apartment exactly the same as the photos, very comfortable. I went with my baby and the place is very calm, heated pool. The space has Van to the beach, where we do not use it on behalf of the baby, but we meet guests from other units that used the service and it was excellent. When we arrived we noticed that the air-conditioning in the suite was not working and Renata promptly answered us and solved our problem the next day in the morning. In fact, we had to do everything by car, but this wasn't a problem for us. We will definitely come back and recommend the place.

I recommend it! We had a great time there! Cozy, well-equipped, clean, with structure (TV and air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living room). The condominium pool is very good and is two blocks from the beach (we went and returned on foot without problems). Very good condominium orai service! Amanda was very helpful with instructions and service. Check-out was flexible (which allowed us to escape the traffic on the way back!). I recommend it! And we'll definitely be back.

The appartment is amazing! Beautiful, well decorated and super complete, has met all our expectations. The cuisine is excellent, the jacuzzi is wonderful and everything was clean and organized. The location is also great, just two blocks from the beach. The building has beach service, which made all the difference, and the staff was extremely attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Super recommend! And absolutely when we get back to the Riviera, this will be the first place we'll look again!

The apartment is exactly as advertised. It has everything we need to spend a few days away from home. Good bed, TV that works and is new, air-conditioning works just fine., kitchen utensils work. Everything clean! Super close to the beach. The garage is a little tight, but we left the car on the street and had no problem. Super safe.

I and my family like the apt very much, at all points (comfort, cleanliness, accessibility, utility, location, organization) is excellent and the apt is in fact very cozy, with all the essential items, new, very well cared for and preserved. The bathrooms and bedrooms are very clean and comfortable, to see the excellence offered. Without a doubt, the stay offered everything that the amount demanded and was worth every penny. A large condominium with many recreational and essential areas (e.g. pet area) with great caretakers and good communication with employees there. I and mine will return there, for sure!

Me and my family loved the apartment. Extremely organized, clean, with exceptional bed-table-bath material. The property's location is excellent, mainly because it gives direct access to the beach. Finally, the host is very helpful and always available to answer any questions. I also want to put on record the immense pleasure of having met the owner Dalva, the apartment's caretaker, because she is a very polite person and an excellent professional.

The apartment is perfect in a great condominium full of leisure options (outdoor pool and heated pool, spa, sauna, courts, game room), parking spaces and close to the beach with easy access in a quiet point of the Riviera. It's very nice to have all the amenities with bed and bath linens, we only took the beach towels. Full kitchen, everything clean and organized. Great and fast communication.

The stay was perfect in all aspects. The house exactly matches the photos and description. It quietly sleeps 7 people. The location is perfect, approximately 100mts from the beach and the path is by a trail that starts within the condominium, totally safe. There are 2 restaurant options in the same block of the house. Host Rosemary and caretaker Eduardo are extremely helpful and she responds to messages in a timely manner. With ctz we will return and recommend it to everyone. I recommend it

Our stay at the loft was wonderful. Since the first contact, Fátima has always been very kind, attentive and flexible with our arrival and departure time. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures and has everything we need. Having Maria José assisting us made a lot of difference so that we are very short even more in our days and she is very dear! We love the fact that we have access to the beach through a private garden, so we do not need to access the street at any time. The beach service is already available from early on and since it was very sunny, the guard sun type tent was very useful. The building's swimming pools are all air-conditioned and we enjoyed a lot of the cover on a day that rained a little. Still used the wheel cooler available in the apartment and the ice provided in the condominium itself. We were positively surprised by the whole structure and we are already in the mood to return. Thank you Fatima.

The Host is very friendly and attentive. The property is amazing, great location and the photos show exactly what the apartment provides. Beautiful view of the sea, very close to the beach and good beach service too. It's on our "favorite properties" list for when we return.
